it has improved a lot since the last time i placed an order, which was before the pandemic (2019) . this time i got my confirmation email within a few hours, and the next day I received an email with my tracking code and a link to track. my order only took 12 days to arrive. im very happy with everything. thanks!
I ordered a fleshlight around march of 2020, unfortunately Covid 19 struck soon afterwards. i understand that it would take time to arrive as bigger things were going on. Unfortunately it is now June and I still have no updates on this item, I also haven't been able to get into contact with them at all to address this problem. That alone is enough to keep me from ordering with them ever again.

I am happy I purchased here because my mom was home when the package arrived here and when she brought it in to my room it said it was a phone case on the package. It was completely white plastic material with little to no info on it except for shipment. When I open it inside is my cock rings in a phone case size package. My experience with this company was great, when I originally ordered I made a typo in my address and was so nervous that it would not arrive. I emailed them and they responded almost immediately and fixed the issue without any hassle. It arrived less than 2 weeks later and I love it!

I ordered 3 weeks ago, within a few hours I had already gotten the email that it had been shipped. It arrived a few days ago in an unlabeled box as advertised, and the dildo is great quality with no plastic smell or anything. Customer support replied very fast and Twitter and were very happy! Will purchase from gaysplus again soon
So let me first start off, I’m such disappointed the way i was treated. They accused me of being rude to their support team, which I presume is the same one person that owns this business! My first thought into this with such a good feeling and thought out of all the other websites i could of spend my money at. I’ve been following their twitter account for some time so had I known this whole experience would of ended with them giving lack of details about their policy, respond in such an amateur rude unprofessional response, I would have not purchased a penny. My total was $101.98. I paid for additional shipping which was 1-2 weeks faster (said on their website) than regular shipping. So I submitted my order on Saturday ( 28th)and assumed my order would be processed on Monday(30th).
I work in the same business structure so I already know the side of that business and capabilities that things can go left to contribute to online orders processing at an extended time. Usually from ordering online stores i get an email within thst week or the next, with an eta, a tracking number, and my purchase amount, all that information.only received an email of purchase that night. i assumed to wait til Wednesday to dm them on Twitter. Their staff in charge of Twitter didn’t respond until Thursday asking for my order number. (Which at this point I think everything is still okay. I’m not mad they had a generic response time, no issues at all.) They proceeded to say that it’s been shipped and I should be expecting an email soon. AGAIN, I’m glad. Nay at one point to this part was I upset. As a customer I just had a few questions and they where able to help me out.
Now by their wording I assumed they’ve shipped it out prior to this conversation so I assumed at any moment I will be receiving an email. Not until 3 days later (sunday 6th) I went ahead and message them with my concerns: I haven’t received an email? Do you have an eta? And I bought express shipping (+$7)which my concern was we just past 1 week! On their website they said that a tracking number should be provided within 5 days! If my order wasn’t even shipped out yet, I would assume that I would of extended beyond the 1-2weeks I paid additional for. How can a company disregard this concern that their customer had?! Up to Monday (7th) i constantly check my email and still nothing. I than message later on in the day how I felt I’m being ignored. In response they send “Hello, like I said it’s been shipped out and we’re awaiting getting the tracking code. It should be with you within a week or two, you’ll be updated by email soon”
So it will take another 2 weeks approximately is what I assumed. Which doesn’t seem right as I paid for express shipping which on their website will take 1-2weeks. What they fail to tell you is that in order to process your order it takes 1-2 weeks only for you to get notify that it’s been shipped and that can take additional 1-2weeks! Had I known this I would have not paid for express shipping! I would of kept it standard shipping. I proceeded to tell this to their staff over Twitter and he responds again with “Your order is over 100 USD so there is a delay with the payment. We had to wait for that to clear before shipping out the order. I hope you can understand.”
I work in retail amongst that I’ve done shipping for online orders, never have we ever told a customer to “hope he can understand” when it comes to their concerns. I question at this point if I wouldn’t had message them in the first place how long would I have waited for a tracking number?
Again i didn’t understand their shopping process. I told them how is it that i paid express shipping (1-2 weeks) and what they are telling me i should get my order within a month? You can’t expect to put an option for express shipping if the value of your order is gonna cancel out your shipping time. Like I paid extra money for it. Again at this point I’m now getting frustrated because they have yet to answer my concern. Ignored my message throughout the next day(8th) It seemed like their responses where generic and wanted customers to accept their response and go as if they gave an informative response whatsoever. So i ended with “have you shipped my order or are you still waiting for it to be processed.” Because I wasn’t too sure at this point.
They did not reply to me until the next day (9th) when again I first said how much I’ve been ignored. Their response was rather hilarious. “Hi, I’m just going to go ahead and cancel your order/refund you because you’re stressing me out with all these messages”
YOUR NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTION!!!! You never answered my concern!!!! I’m causing you stress because you can’t answer my question. I gave you $101.98, so yes I’m gonna go ahead and want to know every detail about my order!!!!! When people spend over 100$ on your merch or service... and they yet to receive any notification within almost 2 weeks.. shouldn’t you try to tend to their concerns. Every time he responded there was just no customer service at all. No ethics!
Cut to finally getting my refund. Today is the 23, so the 9th all the way to the 23rd I’ve been getting in contact with my bank and PayPal. With much luck from my bank they went ahead and started an investigation. PayPal I had to open a dispute and wait for a response from them(gaysplus) to get back to me. I proceeded on the 22nd to contact gaysplus and notify them to send me my refund, and they told me they sent it and was waiting for it to process. I asked for proof and they send a screenshot of my transaction that was me sending them money. For a minute I actually thought they send my refund until I double checked the screen shot. It was sure the transaction I sent to them. In their POV it had received- processing by the amount of my purchase. I than went ahead to tell them, but because we had a nasty conversation they proceed to unprofessionally say I’m the worst customer they have. And block me for the 3rd time. I went ahead and contacted PayPal support just to make sure and they responded about the screenshot as I already presumed “Hi, ...The screenshot you've provided is from the person you sent the payment to, correct? That shows the payment you sent them is in a pending status, not that they have issued a refund.”
So than I went ahead and continued my dispute to a claim with PayPal and they than reached out to gaysplus to respond within 10 days. Within minutes I was able to get my refund.
This experience with them has left me with just a sour taste of disappointment.
The owner seem not very intellectually advised to be running such business. I never assumed I would be treated with such neglecting and than be spun in a situation where I’m at fault. I’ve contacted many business to have eta? And any concerns and never had I ever had such an amateur response that’s so unprofessional! From the 28th of me placing the order to the 9th I had not been rude or disrespectful until they responded with the cancelation of my order. Who cancels an order because you are stress with answering flaws in your business?? Quite pathetic. Had they told me that I can be refunded the express shipping I would of been okay or maybe a percentage off a next purchase, or lastly a free item, to which I’m not any mean a person looking for a free grab. I just wanted my concerns to be answered.
