I ordered 5 shirts. 2 of them arrived in a different colour than ordered. I asked for a return address but they offered a 15% refund. I refused, what will I do with 2 bright orange ugly shirts that I didn't order! I am insisting they send a return address and refund me. I will contact my credit card company and report fraudulent activity if they refuse.
Be warned!

Decent quality for the price. Sizes run a little big. As a female, I ordered Medium and could have sized down to a Small in the sweatshirts.

I purchased 5 shirts. When the shipment arrived 3 weeks later (which is fine) one of the shirts was the wrong item. After a week of back and forth emails, their latest offer [which I refused] was that I should pay 65% of the price of the incorrect item to resolve the situation. No response after that refusal. They seem to have changed their name from custompupshirt to avoid bad reviews. They'll probably abandon funfunspecial soon as well.

DO NOT buy from this company!!! After reading another bad review, I took my chance. WRONG! They sent a different shirt than what I ordered and refuse to give a full refund or send the right one. I'm still fighting with them! They say I can keep the ugly piece of crap they sent and they'll give me a 15% discount. NO!!! They also go by another name, "custompupshirt"so BEWARE!!! THIEVES!!!!!

I ordered a 3x USA size as I was told “true to size” shirts. I specifically messaged customer service and asked about the size. When I got them, they fit small. Probably more like USA size Large. I contacted customer service on how to return and got the reply “send a photo.” So I sent a photo of the shirts, not knowing what they wanted that for. I got a reply, “yes, you got the size you ordered.” I still said there I want to return them and have gotten NO response since. SCAM. Plus, they seemingly blocked me from commenting on their Facebook pages.

I ordered 4 tee shirts. I received 4 shirts but 3 of them were not what I ordered.! Despite numerous emails to their service department this problem is still not resolved. They refuse to send my original order, refuse to say why they did not send correct order, and only offer a discount on the 3 shirts they sent me but I did not order and do not want. They also will not refund me for items not received.

I had ordered a shirt and then in error duplicated the order. I e-mailed the company asking them to refund the duplicate order and they responded immediately with a refund. I was so, so impressed. Most of these online companies have an e-mail that is near impossible to find and do not respond quickly or with the resolution you are seeking! I am so pleased with this company!!!

I was very disappointed with this shirt. The picture is deceiving. I thought it was going to be a t shirt with a soft material. It's not. And I thought it would be longer. It is just hanging in my closet

Took a little longer than anticipated however a prompt response from customer services and when delivered the t shirt was perfect. Great quality really pleased with this purchase?

They literally stole my money. I ordered a shirt, it never came and they will not make it right. They are located in China. Zero customer support.

I ordered four items from this site. Two of them were different from what I had ordered. The quality was inferior, but worst of all, they will never send your money back. Very bad experience.

As usual, if I could give this rip-off company zero stars it would be giving too much!

Their merch is garbage! I feel sorry for ANYONE buying their LIES! Picturing one thing - delivering something ENTIRELY DIFFERENT! Flimsy iron on decals is what you'll get! IF you even get what you order!
They litteraly stated that "Shipping costs will be relatively expensive and it will take a long time if you return the product to us. Therefore, we recommend that you keep this product and we will give you a 15% refund for this wrong item?

This company stole from me so I promised them I'd get even by posting every social media where I see their stupid adds will get my BAD review from me!

AVOID. Once again I was sucked in by a Facebook ad showing lovely pictures of clothing that appeared to be of high quality and cool design. The shop (which also goes under the name of "custompupshirt") gives the impression of being US-based, hence I was prepared to pay the extortionate postage fee. However, the ads are deceptive. The t-shirt, described as "purified cotton", is actually 65% polyester. The cowboy hat was made of cheap felt and was not protected so it arrived crushed and unwearable. It was also missing the decorative band shown in the picture. The company makes returns difficult, with buyers forced to pay for return postage themselves.

Do not order from this company! Customer service is terrible! I have 3 t shirts I’ve been trying to return for a refund! 8 emails later and still no response. I am using 2 different emails in the same email……Product is awful! Shame in them!

Ordered two large shirts and both are completely different sizes. Image is like a cheap iron on and I can’t imagine it will last more than two washes. The colors are not as advertised. It took three and a half weeks for my order to arrive. They give you a USPS tracking number but you will never see more than label created. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered 7 women's t-shirts; they sent mens' sizes. I have tried for 2 weeks now to get information on how to do a simple exchange, but I'm not getting anywhere. The items came in a bag with no return address nor a packing slip from which to glean some info. My last 2 emails have gone unanswered. We're talking about a $100+ mistake!

Do not order from this company. I ordered several shirts and all but one were as ordered. However, one was different from the one I ordered so I contacted the company to make arrangements for the exchange for the correct item. Although communication was good via emails, never did they offer me the opportunity to exchange the item because of the cost of return shipping and I should keep the shirt and they would give me, first 10%, then 15% and finally 25% off the replacement. I argued that I shouldn't have to pay again, regardless of discount, for the item that I had originally ordered and paid for. They basically said that that was their final offer. I would never order from them again and I warn anyone who may be attracted to their advertising and what appears to be low prices, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have purchased many items from this company. I am very pleased with everything about it. The t-shirts & jewelry have been exactly as described. The designs on the shirts are beautiful. I reached out to customer service to find out how to keep them from bleeding out in the laundry and received detailed instructions. They look as great now as they did last summer. I receive compliments every time I wear one of the shirts or the earrings. I order everything online so I have lots of different places to compare. This is one of the best!!

This company only wants access to your PayPal account..they will send you emails with a PayPal link. DO NOT CLICK ON IT!
Products are very poor quality- and return are impossible! You’ll get the run around for weeks, and then tell you that you need to ship to Asia.

Received my shirts today...fit great..look good except one shirt the sleeves are sewn inside out..how does that happen...won't order from them again
