I ordered products on March 11th with all products being in stock according to the website AND a delivery of 3 working days. I needed these products on March 15th and they still haven't arrived. It's April 5th now. After contacting the customer service, they told me the items weren't in stock and did't give me any solution or compensation. Very unhappy, will not order here again.
I have used this retailer many times and always pleased with the price and service. My last order started badly because the courier delivered a box with all but one of the products missing and even that item was damaged. The team at FromAustria.com were brilliant and had a complete duplicate order sent out to me ASAP. Would not hesitate to recommend.
