Worst company I have ever dealt with total scammers. Pretty obvious when every review is saying “Adam helped me”.
Not covered by o2 they don’t know who clearvision are. Really surprised they haven’t been raided and shut down. Do not use them
avoid AVOID AVOID. You are stuck with them on a business contract with no cool off period.

Pressure call quoting prices and the o2 link. Decided wasnt interested and was told call being recorded ( data protection act says caller must advise calls recorded) so deal done! No mention of 14 day cooling off period. Call 6 days later to confirm cancellation znd lady proceeded to try and sell me the thing again!! What ever i said was answer with "1 other thing". Eventually took hint. Call the Brimingham office and was politely told not a problem it is showing cancelled. Email 2days later welcoming me to this outfit. Called customer services and it rang once and cut off. Rang Birmingham office and advised not in till 10. Email says 9to 5. Told staffing issues. Spoke to o2 renewed contract for less tha paying now and less this this outfit. Have had more grief in 8 days that 15yearswith o2. No i would not reccommend this company. They need to communicate and employ better staff that are awareof the rights around telesales.
Absolute con artists
Absolute con artists. My mother stupidly signed up to a sim only deal, she has since been constantly ripped off! Paying more than I pay for my contract with a handset. Emailed them a month ago asking for exact date the contract ends & heard nothing back. Called them today & all they kept doing was trying to upsell so that they get more money! Shocking behaviour! If someone is calling up & saying they’ve had horrendous service don’t try upsell them! Also the reception is temperamental & often cuts off mid-conversation! Don’t be fooled by this company, the price will not be what they offer you!

They are scammers pretending to be from O2. ClearVision agreement did not comply with consumer protection legislation, did not return calls and emails, costumer services is rubbish. When you make a complaint, they hang up on you. Every month extra costs and they never send you a statement of the extra costs. If you travel aboard you spend your cap and when you get back you don’t have Internet connection. They are completely liars and abuse costumers. I don’t know where are the authorities to stop this type of companies.

They are scammers pretended to be from 3g, to con me in to new more expensive deal, caller was a bully, used 3g logo alongside Clearvision, agreement did not comply with consumer protection legislation, did not return calls ,customer service line. a joke, do not use or consider in any capacity!

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
This SCAM company told me they were O2 and that I needed to renew my phone contract (4 phones) as I was "out of contract". After realising I had been scammed I threatened to take them to court at which point they agreed to pay compensation for mis-selling, but I had to keep the contract. When the contract ended I tried to revert to O2 direct. O2 advised me to enter into a new contract and then port the numbers across. I have tried to do so but O2 have said they cannot port the numbers across because they now belong to Clear Vision. The whole experience has been an absolute nightare.

Theresa J. helped me over the course of a two week period. We resolved the issue thanks to her diligence and attention to details and her persistence and daily communications with me and the tech team. It was the most proactive customer care I can remember in years.

Has been over a year Iv left them and I still get texts msgs to say I’m under there contract!! What a joke..
This company is nothing but a scam.
Untruthful and rude
They called me, didn't make it clear that they weren't from my actual phone provider. I signed a contract, then cancelled it. When I called to do so, the sales person was rude (she had been nice as pie originally) and put the phone down on me. Despite calling twice and sending an email for confirmation of the cancellation they have never sent one. And it turns out they were more expensive than renewing my contract with my phone provider.
