Well, I ordered a desktop PC, couldn't really belive the price almost too good to be true. There was a delay in shipping my order and I began to think the worst. Once I contacted Fox in the box via email I received a prompt response and was reassured that my order was being processed. As soon as my pc was ready it was dispatched with next day delivery. They upgraded the graphics card as a free upgrade for the late dispatch. The pc I received was far better than I expected.... for the money.
The best thing to come out of a box this year. Very happy Thankyou!!

The ordering process was easy, email confirmation received. Option of paying in full or in 3 instalments. Updates on the order process and dispatch.
I could not find any timescales for delivery on the website and no timings were confirmed in the correspondence.
Laptop arrived well packaged inside the cardboard box (box was damaged).
My son is very pleased with the item.

The PC was exactly as described, was sent within a few days having been very well-packaged. Many thanks!

I meant to write this months ago but it’s actually more appropriate now.
Bought a PC in October, Has been solid as a rock until now (July) when it had a crash, It then wouldn’t reboot.
Spoke to Vali to let him know and after some troubleshooting over the phone I couldn’t get it to start.
A quick trip to the shop and it was fixed within a day.
I couldn’t recommend a better PC shop than this, Customer service is above and beyond any expectations and I will use them exclusively in the future.
I’m actually about to purchase a backup PC from them.

Ordered a refurbished power supply for a Dell PowerEdge T110 II. Arrived in time and works well. Well handled order.

Fantastic customer service. Put together a great work station for me at an excellent price. Arranged for Saturday delivery at his own expense as I needed the machine before Monday. Had a slight issue shortly after delivery and immediately sought to resolve. The guarantee is genuine and great. This is a real example of how a small business can do customer service far better than larger organisations. By comparison I had to return a unit to dell refurbished and the experience was not good!

I am very happy with the service and product. I needed to upgrade my computer on a budget. I selected a computer with specifications that would make it more suitable for video editing. I ordered an HP workstation with 64GB RAM, 3.8/3.9GHz processor, with 250GB SSD and 8GB graphics card. The support is also very good. I had an issue unrelated to the workstation but concerning a PC monitor bought elsewhere, and I received a prompt e-mail response even though it was the weekend.

Absolutely fantastic company with second to none customer service. Had a problem with a PC I purchased back in 2023 through fault of my own and one of the advisers was able to resolve the issue via what's app video call. Fantastic service and would highly recommend this company.

Good transaction, a little slow, but quality computer and space to add slave drives

This is my first order from the store.
I ordered the DELL T3610 Workstation E5-1650v2 64GB Quadro K4000 512GB SSD 1TB SATA and they gave me a bluetooth WiFi adapter for free plus a -10% on the price because of my first order!
Then we had some issues:
Firstly the courier decided to play football with the parcel and the first computer came broken! But the guys from Foxinthebox, in 2 days they setup and sent me a new one.
Second, because of the holidays they didn't have memory and SSD's available, so they asked me if I could transfer the parts from the broken one to the new that arrived.
With the very precise guidance of Mr Valentin I setup the computer via Whatsup, and managed to sort any settings for the workstation to run smoothly!
I've never setup a computer before, but he helped me do that with no problems.
I highly recommend the company because they are problem solvers and takes personally the issues that might appears.
Very happy for my purchase.

Fox-in-the-box should use different delivery service - Parcelforce are a JOKE.
Phantom delivery attempts cause me untold grief - go to depot and 'hello' parcel not there !
Not only have I 'missed' an attempted delivery , but I have wasted MY time and MY fuel to collect (as per Parcelforce website) to still not receive delivery until the following day.

I got a great beginners gaming PC from fox in the box. Worked well, looked great and came with everything I needed at a really good price. After 10 Months however it developed a 'boot loop' and wouldn't load windows. Contacted Fox in the box and after returning the PC they diagnosed it and repaired it and sent it back all under my 1 year warranty.
