Four Seasons Home 

This company is a rip off. Ordered a dragon head wall hanging and never received it. The company provided tracking information that showed the item was in possession of my local post office, but the Postmaster personally searched every item in their building to no avail. This was necessary because when I gave them the tracking numbers provided by 4Seasons Home, I was informed that the tracking information was not legitimate. Company refused to respond to emails and it became necessary for me to file a fraudulent transaction report to recoup my payment.

Just received the Alice In Wonderland Teapot.
Please, please, if there is anyone out there contemplating buying this heap of crap don't and save your money.

If you do decide to buy it, you have been warned.

We get their fantastic fruit and veg box delivered every week. Always excellent quality and Paul has been very helpful and responsive whenever I've wanted any changes to my order.

My items didnt arrive, again!
Some weeks are ok and others i have to ask for my delivery even when I pay for a weekly delivery.

I really needed this service and now would rather risk going to the shops than keep being let down.
When i raised the complaint i was told not to be rude....taking my money and not giving me the product i paid for is rude and probably theft.

Easy to use website. When I needed to amend an order they were quick to pick up the phone. The amount of plastic recycling I produce each week from veg wrapping and containing is down by 90%. I have recommended them to my friends. The veg and fruit lasts ages. I am a single person household in the winter order 1 veg box every fortnight and now I am in the summer a salad box every 2 weeks and a fruit box every 3. It is cheaper than Aldi each week and the quality is superb.

Four season is brilliant allways provides satisfactory products.

I really loved the initial boxes, they were varied and plentiful. Also, as a company,I love the ease of ordering and the short wait for delivery; the staff are all wonderfully helpful. However, the boxes are now much less filled with staples and there is always an over abundance of dark greens, with half of the box filled with different varieties. I love my greens but it’s too much!

I rarely order now as I need a variety of items to last at least 3-4 days and we don’t need to pay for a huge box as there are only 2-3 people at any one time. Staples, as I see it, are onions, carrots, potatoes, salad and fruit (depending on the box). Greens are great but in moderation, along with other things like broccoli and cauliflower. I know some things are seasonal but I’m sick of feeding the compost bin when I need to feed my family. I don’t want to exclude greens but less is more with some veg and in one box, I received half kale and other greens, plus a dark green cabbage and very little of the other items.

I’ll keep looking and check the boxes but I think the early ones were the anomaly. They are a good company and I wouldn’t want to put people off, just check what you get with each box, and if you can’t get enough dark greens, you’ll be ecstatic.

Recieved our first veg box and very happy. Great quality and selection of produce. Good customer service from staff on end of the phone, and lady who made delivery. Glad to have discovered Four Seasons.

We have had deliveries since the first lockdown. We have enjoyed each box - excellent quality and great seasonal veg. We now subscribe to their regular box delivery which is great value. Even though we are now in ‘The new normal’ we will continue to buy our veg here.

Quality seasonal produce delivered by a lovely helpful chap. Inspired me to use more vegetables in our weekly meals. The local asparagus was so delicious. Also ordered some local meat which is of similar quality. Highly recommend.

consistent lovely fresh fruit and veg, with all sorts of other goodies cheerfully delivered! We have been so well fed for the last year thanks to Four Seasons, they have made lockdown isolation much more bearable.

products of a very high standard no waste; brilliant service

I ordered the salad box to be delivered every two weeks for the fair price of £10. Delivery was a day late with no message and the driver said nothing about it. Substitutes were ignored (I'm ordering for rabbits so a couple of items were inedible and got thrown away). The lettuce and radishes were wilted and there was a rotting slug in the mixed salad. The mixed salad, cherry tomatoes and cucumber also weren't locally sourced.

Reply: The front page of your website says "Locally Sourced, Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Boxes Delivered Next Day" in bold. I have an email saying the delivery will be between 8am and 9pm on Thursday which was my chosen delivery day but the delivery didn't come until Friday. I listed multiple things under substitutes because your website says the contents of the salad boxes are subject to change so I covered everything that is inedible for rabbits, two of which were avocado and onions/chives which weren't substituted.
