Language, emails instead of calls

Would be nice if the website was also available in English and to have insurance companies mail you their offers instead of calling. Because the calls are always during office hours, which means I am at work and I cannot discuss the offers with my partner.

Really crap - insurance companies forces to come home to oversell

Signed up to get two different insurances. Not only did it take 5 days for them to react, when they finally called (the calling is a terror in itself) they wanted to come home and sit to review all insurances. Not interested. "But we have better experience doing that". Of course, because you force the customer to change it all to yours. The whole service of "we call you" is just simple crap. Why not just get the price directly "yeah but insurances are so complicated". Yes they are because you make them complicated and uncomparable. Really, it's very simple. Your service is just a call forwarding service. Not good. And for some reason Topdanmark always win anyway.

First of all, thank you for your honest feedback on the experience you had with us and the insurance companies. I am of course frustrated, that everything did not proceed in a smoother fashion. Some insurance companies may have a policy where they wish to come out and visit the customer, depending on both the insurances needed as well as any on-sight presence that may be needed. However, I completely agree with you in that when a customer does not wish this form of physical meeting, it should be respected and an alternative should be tried instead.

We would very much like to simply present the prices for the various insurances in order to compare them. However, that would be to distort the reality of insurances, which is sadly still a bit complex. The coverage within the insurances vary a lot from company to company and as such we would not be able to portray a realistic comparison of the insurances. However, this is something that we are working on in order to create the solution you also mention - being able to compare the very basics of insurances (we hope to launch this feature in the near future on "MinSide" - where you can log in and compare insurances).

Once again I would like to apologize for the experience you have had with our service. Among others, we are a call forwarding service, however we are working very hard on making the process and insurances more transparent with "MinSide" - this is our way to help the consumer obtain a better overview of what is going on with the insurance inquiry, as well as provide more details to compare insurances and be directly connected to one sale agent instead of a large customer service call center.
