FMEXPRESSIONS scam alert

FMEXPRESSIONS has sent me fake order and shipping confirmation from a no-reply email address.

This is a phishing attempt folks.. do not click on the tracking number link. Its a tracking number that is auto generated when a pre mailing label is created. A search will show that the fake order and merch has not yet arrived at the delivery service (USPS)

It's such a inconvenience to get only…

It's such a inconvenience to get only partial of my order I didn’t spend over 100 dollars to your company new product only to get two pieces of my order that is what I ordered when I know I ordered more than two pieces from you Then I guess the rest of the stuff that’s coming is still delayed and won’t get in until whenever they feel like shipping it to me.
I will not ever I mean this EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Like you guys even care about losing me anyways.
This is not good business coming from a business owner who knows how to treat their customers with the utmost respect and dignity.

My Horrible Experience With FM Expressions

This was a horrible experience for me, Being a Newbie to print on demand. FM Expressions was my first choice I, had chosen to put my custom design images on transfer sheets (Plastisol). I beg to differ That FM Expressions Formula Is 100% Plastisol, Do not adhere to 100% cotton garments. This is My Experience!

Graduates with BLANK shirts thanks to FM Expressions

I ordered decal transfers for graduation shirts and paid for 2 day delivery. I was given a delivery date. Imagine my surprise when 2 days before delivery, I realize I have received zero communication from FM expressions. No order email, no artwork approval email. When I speak with them, I’m told that is “odd” and to go into my orders to approve the artwork and they will find out the issue. They said it is because I opted out of marketing emails. Yes, they said I did not get any communication because I did not want their advertising. I receive an email from their tech explaining how to “opt-in”. I receive an email from a manager, Stephanie, basically saying their demand is so high that production is delayed, but if I pay $65 extra dollars for overnight shipping, I could get the order 2 days after the original date I was given. I argue and they agree to pay the shipping. Well, you guessed it, they send another insincere email about “demand” on why they can’t do 25 small decals. Of course they send it after COB on Friday when you can’t reach them. The day of our event, I receive another email from Stephanie apologizing for the delay and condescendingly explaining how the order wasn’t charged yet & what is a pre-charge, so the pending on my credit card never actually charged me. I guess my order wasn’t even started. I know have a graduating class on a field trip with no shirts because I used FM Expressions. Had they been honest about “demand” and being too overwhelmed to do a small order, I could have used someone else. If you have a deadline, DO NOT USE.

YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

I've used a different transfer company for many years prior to hearing about FM Expressions. I won't ever go back. FM Expressions has great customer service (Thanks Lindsay), their transfers are high quality and best of all, their prices are unmatched! High Impact Apparel highly recommends FM Expressions!

They are the cheapest( but they do not…

They are the cheapest( but they do not even know how their own pricing works) and the transfers work great but when they make a mistake they blame you and then they cannot get it fixed in a timely manner costing me thousands of dollars and customers.

Amanda M. ROCKS!!!

I submitted an order and omitted a very important statement that was required on my artwork. Amanda M was very patient with me, helped me correct my mistake and stayed on the call with me until it was complete. She was extremely professional and her customer service was worth writing in about. Thank you FM Expressions and thank you Amanda.

You get what you pay for! Cheaper ain’t always better

At the end of the day they are cheaper hands down for transfers. But the customer service beyond receptionist is subpar! There is no responsibility taken on behalf of company for missed deadlines or dates. There was lack of communication on in house delays. Message sent out after delivery was missed. And they want me to pay to upgrade shipping after they got behind and missed shipping date. They assumed no responsibility and no desire to make right either. When in doubt go to transfer express or versatranz! Sometimes you get what you pay for with F&M! Cheaper cost zero customer service.

Only put one star because it doesn’t get lower! Ain’t no way in hell I paid $50 for this crap🙄!!! Wish I could take a picture, this is NOT the 22 by 24 that I paid for, it ain’t even 8 by 11! What am I supposed to do with this mess besides shoe exercise Why NOT to use y’all! Then it was deleted a whole week!!!! Yeah😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Good quality but pressing these varies

Good quality but pressing these varies. And can be very annoying to press. I'm used to keeping Teflon sheet on my press but the last transfer batch I got wouldn't work with it and oddly asked to ensure no teflon is used. I think if I had a premium press then it shouldn't be as annoying but I have a very low grade press so the requirement of also needing very high pressure and being a manual press makes this transfer a fight of war.

Unfortunate Experience with FM Expressions

I'm new to the apparel industry and I've had excellent experiences with my suppliers with one exception, fm expressions. Given my newness I have followed their instructions to a T. The instructions didn't make a difference. Unfortunately, I wasn't directed to use their disclaimer page first, before ordering a sample or product. Apparently they are aware of faulty product results and will make recommendations to detect defective product. If you failed to review their enire site to find said disclaimer, it's your fault. If you fail to be aware and ruin your inventory/product it's user error and they will only compensate the cost of their product. I think it would be useful to offer a pop-up window after an order placement with this recommendation, or a call from customer care, a text, and email, something! after an order to make new customers aware. Very disappointed that this established business chooses to do business this way.
