This is the 2nd time I've used this company. The first agent I worked with was a delight, but this time I got Aaron Keen & it's been a nightmare. There seems to be a revolving door of the good agents there; and after dealing with Manager Moe Bishop this morning I believe I know why. I purchased round trip travel to Japan and flight insurance from Keen but received neither. Bishop pulled off a complete clown show defending his outfit after they pocketed the $$ for my flight insurance, leaving me stranded in Japan for 6 days now. Moe even thought it was funny.

I'll make it home eventually, no thanks to this Fly Vagary circus act. In the meantime I'd advise anyone considering them to make a smarter choice.

Your company was recommended to my by a friend who just recently used your services for air travel. Our agent Stan Thompson was a delight to work with. He did all the research for us and answered all out questions in a timely and complete manner. We will use your service again.

Our agent was pleasant, but we had many delayed responses or no responses during the scheduling process and after. I wasn't able to see our flights on the airline apps until right before we left, which stressed me out. One was due to incorrect processing on their end. The other is due to not receiving the right confirm numbers.

Our flights were dramatically changed, and we were notified only after I reached out. Seat assignments were greatly important to us due to a disability and I wasn't able to get assistance in time to secure the proper seats. After numerous calls to the airlines were able to notify Fly Vagary of the problem despite their assurances that all was well. In fact, our flights were ticketed but not connected to our reservation.

We received no help when our return flights were canceled and left us stranded in NYC, far from home.

If we saved any money during this process it WAS NOT WORTH IT.

Ray from FlyVagary was very helpful and managed to secure an amazing deal on business class seats to Europe for my family. He kept me updated at all times on the status of the reservation and ticketing until the tickets and seats were promptly confirmed with the airline. Will definitely use again!

Amazing Service!

I have used FlyVagary before and every time they are stellar. This time they got my tickets for quite literally half the price I was expecting, for greatly timed flights and matching the dates I needed for international travel. Aaron was available at every minute to give me all the details I needed, and I definitely intend to keep using this service for all of my travel needs!

Until I was able to fly this group was great but after I was delayed due to flight delay for three nights in Munich, I reached out to my agent and the company main number for help with reimbursement/insurance and got NO RESPONSE. I was on my own!

The staff member was great, friendly and courteous throughout the Process of finding a cheap ticket for my trip

Mary was professional in that she asked me if it would be okay to put me on a brief hold while she reviewed our itinerary, was able to locate my trip, let me know the airline changed our outbound flight, she completed the authorization to make the change per company protocol.
