I placed my order, you charged my card, then you waited a period of time to tell me you didn’t have it in stock. Rather than it not being in stock when I place the order like every other one that I looked at.

Your website said you had stock so I ordered a bathing suit top then I get an email that my order has been canceled??

You canceled my order so I am not able to give a positive review.

I want to return an item. I got an email saying they would send return info. So far, nothing, and no way to contact them. Website isn’t working.

Placed an order. It never shipped. Tried calling….phone disconnected. Tried emailing…..no response. After 3 weeks, received an email that my order was cancelled and refunded. The items were for a vacation…..I will never order from the again.

I stumbled onto Fit 4U while shopping in a local department store and I loved them. Sadly I couldn’t find them again in the store so I was delighted when I could get online. High quality and they fit great.

I've been trying for several weeks to return an item that was too small. I can't get a response. Beware of this seller!

Bathing Suit and RMA Review

The quality of the bathing suits is nice.
I did not know my sizing. It takes too long for an RMA to be approved. I had to wait almost one week.

My larger size in style I wanted was not available on your fit4uswim website. I ordered a suit off of amazon in a size 22 and I love it.

I submitted a return request 8 days ago and still have not heard back. I'd like to get the items sent back. Prior to that I emailed with questions 3x and never received a response. I would like to actually be contacted by a person to get this resolved. Terribly customer service. Ugh

I love the way these swimsuits fit me. The shipping dosent take all that long. Beautiful patterns.

I like the suit but it is not the color o thought it would,be. Maybe it was my old eyes. It fits good and seems to be of good quality.

Order still hasn't arrived. So very disappointed & just asked this order be canceled immediately...

Never received item.... never even received notice that it was ever sent. Never could get a response to my many many emails trying to follow up. Never could get a phone number that was to the company. Had to have my credit card bank check into what was going on. So obviously I won't order from this website again....and it's too bad because the bathing suit bottom I wanted would have been my second one...first one bought at a store but they didnt have anymore....it's a good item.

I have ordered three tankini tops from fit4uswim and I have loved them all. High quality and great fit. If something new comes out, I will buy more.

Very happy with the product wish you would make more and different colors and styles of the ones that I bought they are very flattering
