Horrible. Please don’t order. it’s such a scam. Received the dress 6 weeks later because it came from China (their Impressum and everything is located in Germany, Berlin). Wrong Color, bad quality and without the advertised pockets. The customer service told me the shipping cost is (for the sake of the environment) 30€ Or more back to their shop in f CHINA?? Informed klarna, tiktok and the German “Verbraucherschutz” about them. It’s simply unacceptable how they treated me with the issue. Giving me an 50% discount shows their bad quality and intentions. They just rob you of your money and can get away with it because the dress is not worth more than 5€. I will throw it away or make some pillow cases out of it because it turned out to be see through as well. So horrible. Don’t buy anything from femme haus, Berlin Haus or anything with a German influencers name that has the comments off and looked stunning, because it’s just an AI selling products from China. All of this is against the law and I will take legal actions. Hope they get what they deserve.

They ship from China so the shipping takes a while and for returns you have to request the return form to be sent to you (they have not responded to me yet). Returning an order supposedly costs around 20-30€. The dress I ordered is completely see-through and you simply could not wear it anywhere

In all honesty even one star is too much for this terrible experience.

I cancelled my order before it was even shipped, yet FemmeHaus still went ahead and sent it out. Now they’re telling me I need to pay outrageous shipment fees to return the parcel to China – even though the shipment should never have happened in the first place. Bear in mind they have an Adressen in Germany that they refuse to use as a point of return.

Instead of issuing the full refund I’m legally entitled to, they offered me a voucher or 50% back if I just keep the item. This is completely unacceptable and goes against EU consumer law.

I’ve already filed a complaint with the consumer protection authorities and will be taking legal action if necessary.

Avoid this shop at all costs – unprofessional, shady and deeply frustrating experience.
