You said in your webpage that delivery time for purchasing before 23:00 hours was the next working day. FALSE. Abroad is a week. I had to disturb your people changing the delivery address, but do you know something? They were so help full and solving problems oriented, that I give them the 2 stars.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the delivery time, even though we mention on our customer service page that delivery normally takes place the next working day, but this does depend on the location. Perhaps you missed the following information:
"Order before 23:00? Shipped today! Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Delivery time depends on the location and the time of ordering."
I see in your order that you selected the same address for both billing and delivery. For that reason, we used the billing address as the delivery address. After receiving your email, we updated it immediately.
