Booking went wrong, both companies unresponsive
I recently made a hotel booking, which was done through Eviivo. It went wrong as they gave us a double room, when we had booked a twin. Eviivo were uncontactable at the time and were unresponsive to a subsequent email. The staff at the accommodation were unable to assist at the time and were also unresponsive to a subsequent email. This is the first time I have booked using Eviivo, and will probably be the last.
Problems with this company
Problems with this company, can’t log onto account, can’t contact and talk to a person, their phone number ends up cutting you off.
Unable to check a guest in and they double book a room on a number of occasions.

The Worst Channel Manager Ever
They use oldest software like being in 90s, plus stupid calendar system. You are not able to see minimum stays and daily rates in same page with reservations. When you want to make a change it takes you to a completely different page. Their app is not useful at all. I tried Eviivo to make my works easy but in fact it made things even more difficult. For example just to add check in instructions for a listing you have to add it at least in 3 different places. Also, There is always system failure.
Keep away.

Customer service with Eviivo is excellent. They always answer my questions promptly and offer helpful insight that goes beyond my original questions. Very friendly staff.
Seems to do everything it should
I researched loads of software before deciding on Eviivo, and i am pretty pleased with my choice although in reality i don't have anything to compare it with (hence 4 not 5 stars) . i chose it for the following reasons that made it stand out from the competitors 1) and AI bot for answering Guest messages,2: integration wiht Whatsapp for guest communication 3: website template included so you effectlively get a free working website guests can book through. 4: some of the other providors had hidden costs such as processing fees for card payments on top of the merchant fee
It seems be pretty comprehensive and does everyhing it should, it is also being constantly updated. BUT it is fiendishly complicated, we have been live 7 months now and i am still finding stuff i should have done. The helpdesk staff are good to help resolve issues.
Overall i think i made the right decision going with Eviivo
