Complete scam!! Placed an order, they took the money and then went silent. No response to emails & link’s no longer work

Absolute Scam company. After seeing the advert on Facebook for a pre lit Xmas tree I ordered and delivery was put back twice after emailing them to complain and ask for refund had an automated email from Anna saying on its way, website is now no longer there 😡

As with everyone else I have fallen foul of this scam. I ordered a wall planner back in mid November 2024 and after delayed despatch and delivery, the tracking is no longer available at all. I have contact their "customer services" but get the same automated email back three days later with no real way to contact a human!

SCAMMED!!! Was totally taken in by there advert for a digital photo frame on a Facebook advert. Paid money on 25th November. Emailed a couple of times and received same automated response. Now website has gone altogether. I've just submitted a report to Action Fraud. They may be able to get my money back, so keeping my fingers crossed. As for the owners of this company who are registered with Companies House, I hope you get your karma, you thieves!!!!!

Ordered the 27” wall planner and it has never arrived. Checked tracking for when it should have been delivered just in time for Christmas. Then the tracking suddenly says delayed and has now completely disappeared. Theiving scamming bastards I hope they enjoy a slow painful death.

Same thing order a dignal calendar back in November , never came 😂😂

Scamming dogs ordered calendar/planner for $60 Australian on the 29/11/24 delivery said between 4/12-22/12 still no package and now website is gone.

Ordered a digital calender and suddenly you could no longer track your order ,total scam the thieving bastards

Ordered 3 digital photo frames £83 in total - tracking ok to start with but now non existant fab no presents for family!!!😡

Scam. 100%. If you read this before ordering, please don’t order!
Like others on here, £30 spent and nothing to show for it.

My husband has been scammed by these. But how do we get money back or get these thieves held to account??

Ordered 7.5ft pre lit Christmas tree at a hefty discounted price, tracking updates were awful, no useful information. Found another website same layout etc different name but offering same products. Had generated email from “Anna”. Delays in purchase supposedly due to high demand and time of year. Gone to check update and website saying “store is unavailable” DO NOT USE EVERFINSD … SCAM!! Now trying to get my money back through the bank

Total scam, saw their advert on Facebook. It looked a good product, I should have released to good to be true. I lost my money, but Leant a lesson.

Scam! Digital Calendar that has not been delivered! Don’t trust Everfinduk. You nasty people taking peoples harder earned money. Joke!!!!

Do not use. Total scam. Goods don’t arrive and tracking information disappears

Also got scammed with the Facebook advert for electronic calendar, knew I shouldn’t have ordered. Website is gone and no reply on their customer email help. W&nkers.

Dirty thief’s they had good trust pilot reviews (now known as fake) ordered my planner £30 said delivery 1-19 become the 19th the web site and link to track vanish total scam totally disgraceful

In November Forever Find pops up on my Facebook and I saw this Digital Calender probably rubbish but it looked quite good on their website and for sale at £25 a saving of £100 plus free delivery it's was to good to be true !!
Kept looking from time to time to see when it would arrive but the timer are never seemed to move and Strangely the website his no more .....
Utter scam !!!!!!!!

Fake sight. Please don’t buy from this sight, I have been waiting for my item since 27th November. When you email them you get the same message asking you to be patient. Anna is a computer not a person. I am now going to try and go though the bank to get my money back.
