This must be a scam, product never shipped and company never responded
This must be a scam. Until I had actually paid for my order, their customer service was very responsive. The moment I sent them the receipt of payment I never heard from them again and never got the product. Evidently a pure scam.

This company intentionally misleads prospective customers
This company offers THC based products throughout the EU even if the product is illegal. That's not the issue. The issue is the website shows free delivery over 100 euro. The checkout allows you to purchase any amount. It allows you to pay for the order. THEN, the support department contacts you and says there is a 200 euro minimum and you must increase your purchase. The scam is, they will not refund the original amount that you paid if you do not increase your order. They keep the money and never send product. This is a pure bait and switch scam. The ONLY place it show a 200 euro minimum in buried in the FAQs. Be aware that this appears to be an intentional attempt to steal money!
