I purchase a 1-year-old female Maine Coon from Olga. I was never given any paperwork or vet records, even after several requests. Upon a checkup with my vet, the cat was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia, which is congenital. I contacted Olga to pay for the surgery and she refused. She then cut off correspondence. Buyer beware.
My experience with Olga at EuroCoons was outstanding. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions about Maine Coon cats, a breed I have never owned. What is very clear is that she loves the cats and cares for them as one would care for a lifelong pet and this was something very important to me. Her vetting process was thorough and I felt like her operation was top notch. After purchase, Olga was always there for me for questions and just to talk about the cats. I appreciate this type of service. And finally, my cat is absolutely amazing!!!
I purchased my kitty from Olga in 2022, The whole process was easy and wonderful. She was so helpful and made sure I received many photos of my baby before picking him up, ensured he was healthy and chipped, and even sent him home with a goodie bag. Olga regularly keeps in touch to check on the kitty and it is clear the care and love she puts into this company and each cat. The kitties are beautiful and the sweetest I’ve ever seen. I have wanted a maine coon for over 35 yrs. I finally got to a point in my life that I could get one. The first place I tried ended up to be a scam and I was scared to try again. I found Eurocoons and explained to Mrs. Olga what had happened with the scam and I was scared to death of it happening again. This wonderful lady video chatted with me every night for almost 2 weeks ( at least an hour every time). She had made my experience exceptional 😍. She went well beyond my expectations and probably more than anyone would. Yes she may be alittle expensive, but it was worth every penny I spent. I can't praise her enough.
