I had 3500 FUE with stem cell and PRP and at nine months couldn’t be happier with the results. I will most certainly go back again and tell everyone interested about my experience.

I recently had a hair transplant at Estenova and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole experience was exceptional. The clinic is spotless and modern, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout.

I’ll start my review by saying I am very happy with the staff and procedure done at Este Nove. I am just over 6 months post procedure and the hairline has returned and looks very natural. When I first got to Turkey, I was greeted by my driver in a very luxurious van and taken to my hotel. The next day I was picked up promptly and taken to their office to begin preliminary exam and craft what I felt was a comfortable, natural hairline. The doctor took his time drawing and redrawing on my scalp until I was satisfied and we both understood what could be done. After 3 1/2 hours and nearly 2800 grafts I was complete. Throughout the procedure the medial team was checking my vitals and my pain levels. The staff provided excellent aftercare with food and drink. Check-ins weekly until the 2 months mark and the healing settled. From there on it’s a monthly check in with pictures and suggestions from the caring staff.

I did diligent research prior to choosing to travel to Turkey for a hair procedure, but I truly could not be happier with the result. Those who know I got it done, are shocked at the results and those who don’t know are shocked at how good the hairline looks. I would absolutely recommend Este Nove and their professional, caring staff.

I had a hair transplant in March 2025 after reading a review in the Telegraph newspaper.

The online article consultation was smooth and the procedure was explained well. There was no hard sell and I was not pushed in to buying a package etc at that point.

After paying the deposit, I was added to several WhatsApp groups where the procedure was explained and I could ask any questions about the procedure or logistics etc.

It was clearly explained where I needed to wait to be picked up to travel to the hotel upon arrival in Istanbul. The hotel was nice, 4/5 star as was Istanbul; I’d recommend making a holiday of it and spending at least a few days exploring before having the procedure.

The night before the procedure, a nurse came to the hotel to take a blood sample. On the day of the procedure, I was collected around midday and taken to the hospital.

I met with the surgeon who checked my hair over again and drew the hairline, we both agreed that as I’m in my 40s, a hairline which was too aggressive was not appropriate.

My head was shaved and then I had the local anaesthetic. I must be honest, this was absolute agony and probably the most painful series of injections I have ever received. It really did hurt more than I expected.

Once the injections were over with, the surgeon made the incisions and the extractions were done by the technicians.

I had a few breaks, during the afternoon; in total my procedure took about 6 hours. I was given some food and then taken back to the hotel. The next day I returned for my head washing and then travelled home in the afternoon.

The fist 10 days after the procedure were pretty miserable and I found it difficult to sleep as the donor area was tender. I followed the advice to sleep upright etc but it was still difficult and I probably slept a couple of hours both nights.

Day 10 after the procedure, I washed my scabs off (I did it a day or two early, but had to go into work and didn’t want the scabs on my head any longer. I was lucky enough that I was able to work from home in the early days!). Once the scabs had gone, I looked more ‘normal’, the donor area was less painful at this point and I started sleeping more.

I did experience some shock loss after a month or two. I’m now at month 6 and am very happy with how things are progressing. Before the procedure, my hairline had receded a fair bit and I was balding on top. Now, my fringe looks a million times better without being too aggressive and the bald spot on top of my head has been filled in.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Estenove, everything was well organized and I am pleased with the results and the overall cost was very reasonable.

To anyone considering a hair transplant, I would definitely recommend taking at least 10 days off work post procedure and whilst everyone’s pain threshold is different, the local anaesthetic prior to the procedure was agony. That being said, I’d do it all again if I had to!!

I had a fantastic experience here at the hospital, all the staff are very attentive.

I appreciated the constant check up and explanation of the process of the surgery. When something was about to happen they will explain what it is. They also give you breaks while the surgery is going on. They picked me up from the airport to the hotel and to the hospital. The only pain I felt was the initial start of the anesthetic but they give you a little break before continuing.

The general experience is positive and pleasant. Both doctor and the nursing associates can explain well and help patient form expectations. Facility is modern. Communication was smooth in English and people were all very friendly and understanding. I’d recommend their service.

I’m a 47 year old male whose hairline has been receding since my late 20’s. Found an article about EsteNove from Forbes Magazine. Decided to take the plunge and go with EsteNove. I first set an availability date then deposited a $500 deposit which is good for 2 years. They provide YouTube and a video on WhatsApp to show you how to get to their limousine drivers. They pick you up in style from airport to hotel and back to your airport once you’re finished. The whole hair transplant takes a total of 3 days. Pain level is bearable and not too excruciating, the first few shots to the head will numb it. They provide a care package of shampoo and hair foam. The aftercare team are nice and very professional and respectful and also responsive with any questions or concerns you might have. I’m on my 6th month now and my scalp is thicker and fuller. Full results take anywhere between 12-18 months. Trust the process and take care of your scalp. You have to treat your scalp like a plant. I’m currently using Minoxidil pills, Vitamin B,C,D3 and trying to be stress free with life. Overall I’m very pleased with the results and looking forward to when it’s finally been 12-18 months after my procedure.
