As a witness to this whole sad episode of fraud and deception, I can 100% confirm that the coffee machine was returned to ePRICE in a perfectly clean and orderly condition. ePRICE is simply lying when they claim that it was dirty and full of mould when it arrived. Who would send a coffee machine to be repaired in that condition – it just doesn’t make sense!? They obviously deliberately exchanged the removable parts with filthy ones and dirtied it up just to evade repairing it under the warranty. It’s despicable! People, steer well clear of ePRICE – they are not to be trusted!

Deliberate sabotage of a defective product under guarantee!

I ordered a fully automatic SMEG coffee machine (model BCC02) online from ePRICE in Italy. After some time - but within the warranty period, which I had also extended until 2028 - the coffee machine became defective, so I cleaned it thoroughly and sent it neatly packaged in the original packaging to ePRICE for repair/exchange.

After a number of weeks, it was returned in a completely filthy condition with mould and coffee stains all over it. I received an email to the effect that ePRICE was refusing to even look at it in that condition, let alone repair it. The coffee machine had obviously been sabotaged by someone at ePRICE to circumvent the warranty!

I then cleaned the coffee machine again and contacted ePRICE, indicating that I wished to send it back once again for repair/exchange. I requested another collection date by their courier and received an automatic confirmation of receipt of my email, but no further response after that. ePRICE did not respond and has not responded since. I still have the defective coffee machine, fully packaged, ready to send.

I filed a consumer complaint with the central consumer association in Germany (where I live) and in Italy, but ePRICE never responded to them, so the complaint was subsequently closed.

I am now taking legal action against ePRICE through the European Court in Berlin for having deliberately sabotaged my coffee machine to avoid repairing or replacing it. I demand that ePRICE exchange my defective SMEG coffee machine for a new machine under the warranty effective until 2028!

Ordered a mobile phone

Ordered a mobile phone. Given two dates for courier to deliver, neither came. The courier said that my address is unknown. I can see my address quite clearly on Google Maps, so why cant the courier. I gave them What3Words, which brings them to an exact square metre but still nothing. I have asked for a refund and have currently had no response. I paid via PayPal; so, will raise this with them.

Totally a scam !!!

ePRICE company asked me to work with them online after downloading app and taking orders and recharging on that basis. They did a great fraud with us on the name of profits. We recharge vip3 level and we had no idea how much money we have need in real to complete it. We also borrowed money from our friends and family and at the end, when time come to return our fund, they asked us to pay more upon the name of transfer fee, service fee and fine on late payments.. They are liars and i can provide proof.. please nobody trust on them. They are liars, cheaters and fraudulent company. Theirs mentors on Telegram misguided you and gives false information. Don't be trapped in

THE PURCHASE OF A BLENDER BOSCH ERGOMIXX STYLE ON THIS PLATFORM FROM A DEALER, LES FOROC. THIS SELLER HAS SHIPPED THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT ANY INVOICE NEEDED FOR THE PRODUCT WARRANTY. I ASKED HIM FOR THIS DOCUMENT MANY TIMES BY EMAIL WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK.
THEN I WROTE A COMPLAIN TO THE EPRICE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNLIKE AMAZON (PLATFORM ALWAYS ATTENTIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS' NEEDS), EPRICE HAS ONLY SENT A FURTHER REMINDER TO THIS SELLER ASKING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE INVOICE, WITHOUT ANY RESULT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE AS FOR THE FAILURE OF THE ISSUE OF THE RECEIPT. Fraud and extremely poor customer service

My experience with ePrice has been horrible. Last February, I bought an iPhone through their platform. After a few months and some Apple updates, the phone suddenly stopped working. I took it to an official Apple reseller and it turned out to be an American phone, the sale of which is illegal in Europe. Therefore, Apple does not cover this product. I have been writing to ePrice's costumer care since August (almost five months now). At first they promised me a refund, then they stopped responding. Note that in the meantime the seller (a criminal) left their platform. I highly recommend staying away from this platform!

No Customer Care

They do not provide any post-selling assistance. I have bought 2 items, one not working since day one and the second stopper working after short time. I have been contacting them since months asking for the replacement/refund and only after calling them several times I have finally received their response: if the product is not sold directly by them, they will help in any way. Such a dreadful answer given from such a notorious website.
