Very difficult to schedule delivery

I placed an order through Tekworld with last mile delivery by Ekotruck. It took about 10 calls from me and several calls from Tekworld to finally get the products delivered over 10 days late. Every time I would call they would say that it would take longer to deliver than the last time I spoke with them. They don't answer email or WhatsApp. The only way to reach them is by calling and even then sometimes it goes to voicemail and they don't call back.
