No problems at all

I ordered on 17 Dec 2024 and it still didn't arrived on 31 , they say it will arrive on 3 Jan , I called them but no one answered. Never buying form them

Cea mai mare țeapă și experiență întâlnită online. NU CUMPĂRAȚI. Comanda plasată de pe data de 14 Decembrie 2024 și de atunci nici o veste despre comanda, am încercat să vorbesc la numărul care îl au dar nu răspunde nimeni , într-un final după 1 sapt si jumate am reușit sa vorbesc cu cineva dar am fost luat la rost pe banii mei ca nu pot aștepta - ce sa zic profesionalism

The biggest mistake stake and experience found online. DO NOT BUY. The order placed on December 14, 2024 and since then no news about the order, I tried to talk to the number they have but no one answers, finally after 1 week and a half I managed to talk to someone but I was told off for my money that I can't wait - what can I say professionalism

I had a good experience with them, at first glance they are the most professional of all those who deliver fireworks and firecrackers in Romania.

Ordered from them for the second year and I received the package 7 days later. The package was complete with all the things I ordered and very well packaged. 10/10

Things that could be improved:
The site is ok (could use bit more work so it would be more pleasant for the eye)
There was a shipping option that if I pay online the shipping is 30 ron (~6€).
This year there was no option like that, only the standard 50 ron (~10€) shipping with online payment. (pay at the delivery guy is more expensive)
Would love to have cheaper shipping options because products on the Balkan sites (RO,HU,SK,HR,SI,CZ) are 50% more expensive...
Would order more times if the prices could go down for the mentioned countries.

Been ordering for a few years and yes,it takes a little time to arrive but it's worth the wait

I ordered fireworks from Ekopiro/Ekopyro over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve had no response or updates on my delivery. The lack of communication and the extended delay is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

Update: finally I got my refund. At first the seller told me that he had shipped my order (no tracking ?) and the shipment got lost, so I asked for a refund and for the cancellation of my order. Took a bit of time but finally I have it.

At the Moment my review is very low. I made an order one month ago and they told me by email, after I wrote them several times asking for the tracking, that my package was lost. I don’t believe them because they never provide me a tracking number at all.
My review could changed if:

1- they give me a real tracking number and the package arrive
2 - they make me a refund as I have requested after they stopped replying to my emails.

Ordered a petardas and meneger text me packeta stolen the package!

previous orders worked well but they cancelled my recent order because my kid was on the phone.

Really good, the package came in one piece. Shipping time was 4 days to Croatia, overall great 👍

I like the shop but the thing is that my package should have arrived on the 27th since i ordered for 200€+. If it doesnt arrive tomorrow then this rating is for sure going down! One more thing they dont even reply when you try to contact them i dont even know if they checked it! So it doesnt look like the package is arriving today so now its about 2-3 days off.

They call you to confirm the payment which is the only little downside when you don't have much time, my order arrived in April just a few days after I bought firecrackers. Great selections of everything but I just wish it had more powerful like f4 cobras and restock more often. I will buy from here again in like a week. Also the delivery was smooth. I am from Croatia just for info.

The site is okay, the ordering is a little bit strange because they call you to confirm the order, the payment methods are excellent because you can pay when shipment arrives aka on the spot, the selection is really big for like the new years pyro, not a lot of flares on the other hand, at least not the classics ones, but altogether it was a fast delivery and excellent service.
