SCAM Company



SCAM Company! Read my review!
I placed an order with Each Moment in - wait for it - November 2024! for a number of old family reels to be processed, and paid 329,89 EUR on 15 November for the service. Since then, I have heard only excuses.
I have written a number of emails to them, and each time I was told that my order was still being processed.
At some point in March, they sent me - literally - a couple of minutes' worth of film, presumably to 'prove' their good faith, and told me that delivery of my digitalised reels would arrive by 15 March. Another month has gone by, and I have heard no more from them in spite of my request for a refund and the return of my unprocessed family reels and tapes.
I feel gutted that Each Moment has abused my trust with impunity and has pocketed not only my money but has not even had the decency to return the reels, which I fear are now lost forever. I am certain no one else with similarly priceless family heirlooms will want to risk loosing them to a such a scam, fly-by-night enterprise.

UPDATE: Today is 28 April 2025
Needless to say, no-one from Each Moment has reached out to me (as promised in their answer) and I still have not received anything from them.
Am seriously considering referring the matter to the 'You and Yours' programme on BBC Radio 4 and to 'Which'.
Before I do so, I am officially requesting a full refund of the 329,89 EUR I paid (in NOVEMBER 2024!) and a return of my reels, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Consumer Rights Act.
Each Moment - you have been warned....

Hi Caroline, we are so sorry for the delay in processing your order. We were inundated with orders over the Christmas period and it has taken us a while to catch up. Please be reassured though, that your reels have not been lost forever and will be returned to you very soon; they have just been a little more complicated to digitise than normal. A member of our comms team has reached out to you to provide you with an update in full.
