My order 9385683 is still being processed after more than 2 days after it's been created. I don't know where my money is. Nobody tells me its current status. Support desk is very rude and ignorant, like it is a flee market instead of a financial service. I regret that I've used e-scrooge, don't recommend to anyone.

I purchased and paid for Paypal topup with this provider and they promissed max up 30min as topup timescale, passed almost 24h and still no added any money on Paypal, they did not answer at beginning to my email after that smug operators answer with backchat!

Stay away to such providers

There are many other persons with small amounts scammed by this company i just wish to be voice of everybody here, after this guys took money walk away no feedback or onswer even when answer insulting answer they use for.
Stay away to these scammers, they today here tomorrow close URL and re open other one... in finaly they receive money for non service offered, se below link screenshot receivd from them and mentioned 30min as on it and in chat box previous, nobody told us about such timescale as 24h at beginning!

Good service, I tried few times, no issues was observed.

Got payment thanks,, but cx service need to updated people when is a new orders.

Erc20 to alfabank took for 12 hours,with 4% fee charges i was expecting faster transfer. Other exchanges took me 5-30 mins.

After my post here and on another review website, my order is completed. Maybe is the chance maybe not but , thanks to e-Scrooge!.

I tried the service, in the FAQ, a paypal payment suppose to take up to 24h , its more the 35 hours now, and each time i talk to customer service, they keep telling me that my order will be completed in the next hour.......

I DONT recommend this website.... no trust in them,,,,,,,
