I tried to book my wife's visa through Tourism L.L.C / instauae.ae / yourtravelpackages.info, but got scammed for 400 USD, as they didn't tell me that the requirements for south asians who want to visit UAE have changed.

I then applied through Dubai Visa Services and contacted Pushpendra Sharma. Who worked after hours and had contacts in immigration in UAE who approved the Visa during bank holidays, for no additional costs. I was skeptical initially, as this looked impossible, but Pushpendra managed to get my application reviewed during eid holidays and had very good communication with me during this process.

I will no doubt only use him for future reference, as he saved my trip. Make sure to get in touch with Pushpendra.

It is one of the best and highly recommended visa services for Dubai, I approached them late evening but still they tried and managed to get my visa by the next day morning, Sharma was very helpful and patient with all the queries.

Horrible customer service. First of all, we applied last week and did not receive a confirmation email nor a phone call. When I finally was able to get through, almost a week later, they promised to send us a confirmation email. That email never came. I then had to call myself, only to find out there was more information that they needed to have from us. They take your money and they do not follow through. They also take all of your confidential information and we are very concerned. They also shared someone else's personal information with us over What's app, which is very concerning.

Vishal was professional and delivered on everything he promised. I got my sons visa on 4 hours which saved us from missing our flight all together. Price was a little steep hence the 4 star but still less expensive than changing the flights.

My wife has a Pakistani passport based in the uk. We are due to travel to Dubai and was recommended to vfs global by emirates to obtain a visa for her. They have no contact number and just send you around in circles via email. I came across online Dubai visa and spoke with Alida. She was extremely helpful and cleared any doubts I had as there are many fraudulent companies out there who will just take your money and leave you stranded. Alida requested some simple bits of information at 9am and recommended the correct visa type for my wife. Honestly can’t thank her enough as my family trip was depending on this. My experience was great due to the amazing help and support from Sharma and Alida in getting a visa for Dubai for a family holiday . The first application was rejected due to no fault of the company. Another option was given Which a was a success. Did try another company at first which were totally unhelpful and not willing to help to resolve the problem by another option . 💯 recommend this company !!!! The UAE is not offering visas for Nigerians. However, they claim otherwise on their website and that they can get it for you. Do not trust them or use this website if you are Nigerian. They will take your money and, after a week, email you, claiming your visa has been denied. They will not give you a refund.

Simple application process. Got my visa within 3-4 days(taking into account weekend aswel). Defo use again 100% reliable company.

After using another agency and having a bad experience, I took a leap of faith and tried these guys and the experience was seamless. As promised they provided the visa within 3 days.

I am chasing them for 7 days and hear no response to receive my invoice after I made the payment. I sent 5 emails and called several times - only promises.
