DoktorABC Took My Payment but Refuses to Refund!
I am absolutely disappointed with DoktorABC!
My order (No. 1117KEPWJ) was cancelled by DoktorABC themselves – yet I still haven’t received my money back.
When I reached out, I was brushed off with a standard email: they shifted the responsibility onto my bank, even though my bank clearly confirmed that the refund must be initiated by the merchant. This is not only unprofessional but downright customer-unfriendly. Even presenting cancellation emails from DoktorABC itself did not help me at all.
Such behavior completely destroys any trust. I can only advise everyone: think twice before ordering here!
