The worst online experience I’ve ever had. First being accused of lying, telling you that one of the beers wasn’t in the box. This without you even knowing what order it was. Giving you all the relevant information, you still fail to come back to me more than one week after the initial contact. I’ve ordered so much beer, online, from various shops, but this is (by a mile) the worst one ever. This is definitely not “my beer”, Dinøl . . .

Ordered an advent calendar in September, and the money was withdrawn from my account in early November. I never received any tracking code, and sent several e-mails. Finally they answered my cancellation request, as the advent calendar had not even left by 3rd of December. The guy promised a full refund, but so far I have not received any money back despite their promise. Absolutely no contact from their side despite several efforts. Contacting Visa soonish in case I don't see the money back in my account soon.

Update: Made the claim to my bank / Visa on 9th of December, as I've still received no confirmation of repayment of my money.

Update 2: On 9th of December after the claim was made, the credit note was also received & the money moved back to my account (missing nominal 58 cents). Apparently the calendar is still on the way per customer service, but I'm definitely holding my breath as it is already 13th of December when this is written.

If there's so big issues with the deliveries, why bother to order online in the first place?

Orderd the 2022 christmas calender 2022-09-13. The recived an update 2022-11-06 "You will recive your order within 1-2 days". Recived a tracking number 2022-11-20 "The shipping company is waiting for the package from the sender". Today is 2022-11-29, I have sent mail, PM on Instagram/Facebook without any reply regarding the christmas calender. When will I recive my order (#4470)?

Great selection of beers, slow shipping though (took a few _weeks_ to Sweden)

Handling and shipping was awfully slow. Got the parcel about 3,5 weeks from the order date. Seller did not respond to two emails. I eventually got an answer after contacting them on Facebook instead - and was told that they were just about to respond to my emails. One of the shipped items was also incorrect. When ordering I had chosen "No" to the question if they could provide a similar item if individual items are sold out. Ordered a rum BA-version and got a scotch BA-version (they most likely never had the Rum version in stock). I understand that errors can be made but when I told the seller about this on Facebook to find a solution - no response. This is so very far from the excellent and trustworthy service and response I've experience from their competitors that actually seem to care about their customers returning, so you order at your own risk from this guy.

My order was incomplete, but after some mail and tele, they sent the missing beer.
