I am 2 weeks in, and I lost 22lbs. The app makes it as easy as possible to track food and exercise. The recipes aren’t very good, but they have lots of alternative suggestions.
The plan works
The plan works! Follow the meal plan,
exercise suggestions and changing your mindset. Encouragement and positivity are essential. The app was difficult at first and so worth it. The videos and weekly emails are scientifically based to match what is occurring with my body. Learning about nutrition and exercise each day keeps me going. Love the grocery list. I'm healthier and down 31 pounds in less than 3 months. Chat questions get a response and and an answer. It's science!

The app is so helpful! The meals are delicious, but regardless of what I eat, the app can track it. And it has helped me adopt some new healthy habits. I've lost 15 pounds simply by eating more vegetables and being more mindful about drinking water and exercising.

MCD allows participants to chose the type of diet (Mediterranean, Healthy Keto, etc) and provides everything from recipes to trackers to pertinent tips, support and even a grocery list! It can't get any easier than this unless they were dieting for you!

The simple meal plan could not be more perfect for my lifestyle. I love the grocery list generator based on the number of servings for each meal so that my husband can eat the meals too. We have both been successful in losing weight when previously it has been impossible with other plans.

The Mayo Clinic Diet is a common sense approach based on the adage, slow in, slow out. If your serious about losing lbs, and resigned to changing your "weighs" (pun intended), you will succeed. It's as simple as, burn more than you consume, without hunger pangs. I lost 12 lbs the first 2 weeks, and I've decided to stick with the "Lose it" diet indefinitiely, as I prep to shatter all state, national, and world powerlifting records in 2026, for my age group, 66 years young. Must, shall, will!

I love the diet, it works, it’s easy. It’s a lifestyle and it’s healthy and legit. Easy to follow. I have never found anything that tics all the boxes for ease of use and quality. I have had dietician consultations in the past and this diet follows all the same guidelines I was given but in a format so that you will actually be able to implement the changes.
