🚨 Beware of Fake & Scam Companies

🚨 Beware of Fake & Scam Companies – My Experience with "Digibit" 🚨
LinkedIn Profile: Digibit , dgbit.co website

I want to share a very disappointing and concerning experience I had recently, in the hope of protecting others from falling into similar traps.

I applied for a Brand Manager position at a company called Digibit through LinkedIn. Shortly after, I was contacted by their HR team and was given an interview schedule along with a location. The contact person mentioned was Auza Mukhtar, who even shared their phone number: 0309-4643957.

Before heading to the interview, I did my due diligence and tried to look up their company online. But to my surprise, there was no official website, no proper online presence, and nothing registered on Google. No business location showed up either.

Feeling uneasy, I tried to contact the representative in the morning before leaving—but no one responded. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to the location they had provided.

What happened next was shocking.

🚫 There was NO office there.
🚫 No signboard.
🚫 No security guard.
🚫 Locals around the area told me there's no such company here—it's just a residential/hostel area.

I was stunned. I stayed there for over an hour, texting and calling the contact person, telling them I had arrived and asking where their office was. But no one replied. No calls. No messages. Complete silence.

The whole situation gave me a very bad feeling. I can't describe how disappointed, confused, and emotionally drained I felt standing there all alone, waiting outside a non-existent company. It was not just a waste of my time—it felt like a trap.

And the worst part? They are still posting job openings on LinkedIn.

Please—be very careful. Not every opportunity is real, and some of these fake companies might have dangerous intentions. We hear stories in the news every day about job scams that go horribly wrong. I thank Allah for protecting me, and I pray that no one else has to go through what I did.

🙏 May Allah protect all job seekers from such frauds. Ameen.
💔 Please share this to spread awareness and help others stay safe.
