Our five pugs love this food, which is great because it's full of all sorts of good things for them.

Ordered in the app and it was so easy. Food arrived promptly, 👍👍👍

Placed an order a week ago and have had 0 communication, order hasn’t shipped, emails are being ignored.

This company has gone bust without fulfilling my 2 orders - and they're still selling treats and puppy food from the website. Don't buy any!

Buyer Beware.
I set up a subscription for this food. The food that has arrived is out of date and the packaging has been relabelled. The food has made my dog ill ending up with a vet stay. You can not contact the company and you can not cancel the subscription. Even if you cancel with the bank they just change the company name slightly and take the monies. I have been told that I will have to close my bank account and open another to stop them. Please Please choose another dog food.

Would highly recommend you try this for your dogs it’s a great food and it satisfies them they lick their bowls clean.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I was previously a happy customer - got the email saying the company had been bought etc etc…to keep the customer list they offered 50% off. As our puppy had been happy on this I took advantage of the offer - the food had less than two weeks before it was out of date & now I can’t cancel and they have taken more money! I have emailed them repeatedly - no reply! When the next delivery arrives I will be declining it. Don’t really know how to get them to stop taking money though as it isn’t possible to do!! DO NOT USE THE COMPANY - wish I had looked on here rather than believing the company had been sold on.

Don't be fooled by 50% off or being bought out by a Mr Lammond, go to the find and update company information service of the government website, you will see all you need to know and Mr Lammond has not bought the company even though the email might suggest otherwise. Do not part with your money!

I like I can imagine all the other customers of Devoted received an email from the new owner to say how sorry they were and here’s 50% off of your next order. I ordered a large order of dog food & treats and when the replacement food I had to wean them from had run out only today, I went to open my order to see it expires in a couple of months and the dog treats expire in a few weeks! This is outrageous. I’ve contacted the company to ask them to arrange collection of the entire order. I think I’m going to have to contact the bank to try and get a refund. After the awful time of having my money taken and no order last time which meant I was unable to wean my dogs onto something new, to now being able to wean them back, to discover they’d sent out old food is really nothing short of outrageous.

As others have noted, the company appears to have gone into liquidation, but has taken payment for products they appear to have no plans to supply.

Same problem as previously stated. Taken money for subscription that I can’t access to cancel.
I had received an email stating that they were having warehouse issues and that I should source food from elsewhere. I didn’t expect subscription payments to still happen. Hopefully it gets refunded.

Went to liquidation with no contact leaving me in the lurch for more dog food. As the website has closed and no way to contact, could not cancel the subscription payment for more food, you'd think this would be automatic when they close the company down, but obviously not as they're trying to take the money still anyway! Try to go into their shopify from the order email and just links back to their closed website, and doesn't seem to be a way to contact shopify unless you're a vendor, it has to be done through devoted. Any one reading this who had an 'active' subscription, contact your bank and let them know!

I'm gutted that Devoted has gone into liquidation as my dog has been eating this for 12 years. ☹️ It was a fantastic dog food that my dog has thrived on.

I had a subscription. My dog absolutely loved this food .
Now the website is down , the phone line is not working. Social media shut down .
I have not been informed that the business has closed and yet no dog food has arrived this month .
Disgraceful that i have to source another food extremely quickly to incorporate into my dogs diet .

My dog loves Devoted food and treats. My subscription just got cancelled though (Hopefully money will be returned), the website is down, and FB and insta pages removed. Think they might have gone into liquidation?

Their website says it offers fast delivery. I ordered dog food, it didn’t arrive, contacted them to say you took my money from my account yet I don’t have the delivery, they sent an email back to say they have warehouse issues and to order my dog food elsewhere!!! This is disgraceful. I have checked their online shop, they are not saying out of stock, no banner on the website to say stock issues or ordering issues. I then placed another order, this didn’t arrive no email to say they have issues if I hadn’t of contacted them I would still be waiting, I have now had a second order refunded, no dog food so I’ve had to research an entirely new brand of dog food and wean them onto it in a really short space of time. They must be out of business but still taking orders and more to the point, taking your money.

Great food for dog with sensitive tummy range of flavours is good

As my dog is on the raw meat diet, we use the devoted food as treats as they r small and very healthy. My dog loves them, her bowel movements have been great while having these as treats while were out and about. And i don't mind giving her a good few once in a while as its like a long healthy meal throughout the day (after breakfast though) and have it that way instead of her dinner as she is already full. I have recommended them to other dog owners and many dogs enjoy them as treats too.

Both our dogs absolutely love these treats! Great training treat when broken into smaller pieces.

First time ordering so haven't really tried food long enough yet but very happy so far!
