I have been “employed” here since December 11 2024 and since then have received multiple triggering messages from Russell (before,during, and after business hours).

I was not terminated I resigned due to his continued harassment which he admitted to after another irate slack channel huddle including demeaning remarks such as " i don't care that you're a mom" and " if you want this relationship to work". There was no pay for the first two weeks but around the clock demands and verbal abuse.
