Charged for processing, partially completed contracted returns and now no communication and no returns.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend if you are filing bankruptcy or if your taxes are a mess because your getting divorced these are the people to get ahold of. They resolved my "obligation" to my ex-husbands tax debt and helped me sort thru what was left of the taxes I owed after my bankruptcy. Great bunch of people. Thanks guys I truly appreciate you.

Exceptional ! I can say with pride that defense tax partners is a Great company ! I hired Defense Tax to help me with my taxes and they did a great job! Chris was so thoughtful and kind. They all know how to help you when it counts.

I called to complain and ask for my money back I have never been berated over the phone by business like this before. They told me I would not get my $500 back. he said I needed to read my agreement that I signed and that I probably couldn’t read it because I only have an IQ of 40 and that I’m not smart enough to read and I should have my friends read it for me. He found out my profession and insulted me professionally insinuating that I am not capable of doing my job and that I take advantage of people. He called me 11 years old and stated that I’m only calling him to impress a female in my vehicle. I was shocked that he would go on a rant so long and still consider himself a professional representing defense tax partners. I strongly don’t recommend this company after my interaction with them. Since that phone call, I have received four emails from them warning me that I don’t want to take further action because they know attorneys and this would be very costly to me. Then they quoted to real estate law/regulations at me, threatening me with the department of real estate in Arizona that they would take action against me. I never had them as a client of mine or represented them in real estate in any fashion. I called for their help for my deceased Father‘s estate and I felt taken advantage of, called for restitution and then they became very angry. They made many threats to shut me up from complaints or negative reviews. To be honest, I am scared to leave this review because now I’m afraid there are going to try to do something to sue me or to take me to the department of real estate. However I know I didn’t do anything wrong so I should be fine and I don’t want further headache, but being threatened like this I feel I have to warn the public.

Pretty much what the title says.. For months I had the IRS constantly on my back.. due to family issues I unfortunately got caught behind with Uncle Sam and therefore my tax issues where going through the roof. I decided enough was enough and consulted Defense Tax to solve my tax issues. They fortunately got me into a CNC and I couldn't be happier. For now I am smooth sailing and no longer have to deal with the threat letters from the IRS and I can finally breathe. Thank you!!
