Scam. Just as others have stated, they give you a fake tracking number and you don't receive the item. The weight of my item listed by manufacturer is 7 lbs, but the tracked item was 01.lbs. PayPal would not refund since they give a tracking number that says its delivered. They will not respond to any emails. Someone named John Leu listed in charge. PayPal absolutely no use in trying to resolve so you are left holding the bag.

Scam site. I tried to buy a copy of Wingspan board game for $40. I received a tracking number UPS, handed off to USPS, and a delivery notice. I did not receive the item. My claim with PayPal was decided in favor of the seller since the tracking information showed delivered.

But after I called into PayPal support and explained the information, I was able to get a refund. Thanks, PayPal! I was expecting to have to eat the cost of the transaction, but PayPal protected me.

DARANZON IS A SCAM! I ordered a hot item, they had it listed at a much lower price than everyone else.
I never received the item. When I went to check the tracking, they gave me fake tracking information. It was sent to another address, just like all the other complaints, BUT IT WAS 'SHIPPED OUT' 1 DAY BEFORE I EVEN PURCHASED THE ITEM!!

They are probably mailing a paper clip to a strange address, then pretending that they shipped your item out, but it got lost. Their listed customer service email is not an real email. It bounces back. I will take this item up with my credit card.

I too was scammed the same way. UPS must be in cahoots with this guy. PayPal doesn't care as long as there's a delivery confirmation. PayPal didn't protect me, they just allowed this scammer to circumvent their policies.

Scam. Bought coffee machine. Received UPS tracking number. Went to UPS (they don't delivered where I live). This package number was from another shipper, mailed to another address but in the same city. Contact Paypal, their policies is respected as the seller provide a tracking number and the correct city of delivery. Still appealing to try to stop them...

Daranzon is a scam website. They send out a shipping notice with a tracking number, but the number is actually someone else's and you don't receive your package. Several sites have noted issues with this happening. They also have no customer service e-mail that works and no phone number.

Its really bad website and now I believe they do the same for all?
I should get my delivery in 26/6/2019 and I get the email it delivered, I was wander why I didn't get any thing so I contacted the delivery company UPS and they confirm the addresses what provided label in the shipment it was defferint than my address??? How came so I contacted the emails what I have for customer service and seller if failed ???

Absolute scam. They ship the item to another of their sites to have the blame shifted to the sender instead of themselves. Thieves and shameful people

Beware, this site is a scam. I ordered 2 decent sized inflatable swimming pools. I received tracking and notification that the item was delivered on Saturday the 29th. It wasn't delivered to my address, I have security cameras as well. I went to the post office and they confirmed that the item was delivered to a different address in my city, AND the package was only 1.4 lbs. Two inflatable pools would have weighed much more. I have emailed Daranzon 3 times and each has bounced back as undeliverable. They don't leave a phone number either. Don't waste your money here, it's not legit!

I have good reason to believe that this website is fraudulent. I purchased a scooter for my daughter. Tracking said "delivered" but it never arrived. UPS said that it was delivered to a different address. I sent several emails which all bounced. PayPayl provided me with a different email. They didn't respond to that either. No phone numbers are available.

Now, you'd think that perhaps they shipped to a wrong address, and it was just a mistake. Well, I heard from several others that this exact thing happened to them. They send you tracking. After a few days, it says "delivered" yet no one receives anything.
