Never received my product
SO...
I ordered a product in the beginning of August. I buy a lot of things online and I never have to wait more than three weeks to receive my product, even those times when I have ordered stuff from America, when I live in Denmark. (Here I expect it to take a couple of days). In September I contacted them asking about my package. They told me that it would arrive 1 month later. It is now December and I still haven't received my package.
Doesn't feel like a serious company!
Worst service ever
Dagensbedste really failed in any requrements one can have to "customer service". Their telephone number only has a voice mail asking you to send an email. That email they don't answer to (claim they'll do it in 24 hours - they don*t). Neither to they react to messages send over their fb page. I cannot recommend to do any business with them.
