First of all
First of all, I ordered one of their bundles and a game code was taken back in June. I ordered two copies of the bundle so that was two keys just snatched away from my account. Now I ordered a bundle and it never came. Took my money but never send my purchase or give and take back, I don't know what's better but neither seem ideal.
[EDIT] Keys came some time after purchase.

As for the issue with key revoke, that was done by developer, but he was able to send new keys. Did you get new replacement keys from us?
As for the bundles, we recommend to register and see your purchase immediately on your dashboard. Mail delivery can be delayed time to time.

Difficulty Getting Keys Despite Multiple, Varied Contact Attempts.

Purchased two bundles on 10/28, paying by Paypal. I didn't receive anything. On 10/30 I forwarded my Paypal confirmation email to the email address I had paid. No response. I posted on their STEAM forum. No response. I emailed them again, giving an alternate contact email in case their responses were being filtered. No response. I filled out their customer contact form on their website. No response. I guess they really need my $4.

I have bought 8 bundles from the site so far and only had a problem come up with one game. I contacted support and they were back in touch with me to fix the issue within 24 hours.You can't ask for better service than that =D I can't wait to see what bundles I'll be adding to my collection next!

I didn't get ordered steam keys first. When I wrote to support, and got everything just in 1 minute. Here is lifehack for you: register at site, and then you never need to wait an email, you can view all keys in profile.

Paid, received nothing.
Like others, paid and received nothing after purchasing the One Dollar Bundle. Have contacted support with my transaction ID and will revise my rating if I receive my keys after contacting support, but they should have gotten this basic function fixed by now, or paused sales, if they are transitioning from one system to another. This looks very scammy- only sending out keys to people motivated enough to complain would save a company a lot of money...
Edit to reply to comment- nope, still nothing as of just now, a bit after midnight on 8/16.

We are replying to every incoming support complain through emails, social media, Reddit, etc. We are really sorry for that situation: most users are currently able to receive the keys.
