My experience with crocieraonline or crociera.com! An Italian company based out of Milan and Rome Italy.
After receiving quotation, it confirmed verbal agreement. This prompted me to send full payment. The confirmation contract confirms exactly what was on the quotation. All tips and service charges are included, an option I choice to prepay with initial cruise cost.
Once on the ship, MSC says it is not included. I contact crociera.com / crocieraonline they tell no it is not included.
What is the purpose of a quotation and a payment confirmation if they can decide to honour the agreement.
My experience with this italian cruise agency has been nothing but a nightmare. Agency has no customer service after sale, terrible rude agents that only want to sell cruises with out thinking of repercussions of mistreating customers.
I would never use this agency again.
My recommendation use online services to get best price quote, and proceed to book directly with the cruise ship, in this case MSC.
