My experience was a very positive one the lady that helped me was very patient and very informative with all my queries and questions

They set me up with Tangerine who sent my modem to the wrong address after billing me $233. I rang back wanting to speak with Cameron who assured me he would put me through to the right person at Tangerine to help me and he didn't. Further, he said he would call back in 3 hours to follow up with me as to the outcome and he never did. As it stands 2 weeks later, im without a modem, out of pocket and Tangerine won't refund the modem until they get it back. Where's the modem? Who knows? I have no way of tracking it.

Melissa was great, really helpful - gave all information we needed clearly. Would have given 5 stars, but call quality wasn't the best - very echoey and couldn't always hear clearly.
