Was advised accidental damage could be added at checkout but couldn't see where to do that.

easy access.... Some companies make it so confusing if your not confident on the internet... they also don`t give you many options to explain your property.

I live abroad so being able to manage the whole process online was essential. I was especially happy that provision was given for the various addresses required.
