As per other reviews, we also were made to pay upfront for boxes with a promise of refunds if any voucher codes were not used. Sadly they did not deliver.

Boxes had missing items, photos and descriptions were poor, some people never received their boxes.

Communication from Colleague Box once they take your money was not great and follow up on issues was very difficult to get traction on. Over 6 months later we are owed a refund and calls and emails are not answered.
Terrible service to give any customer, let alone a charity like us, and to take money from a charity and then not give promised refunds is extremely poor.

We were required to pay upfront for a large number of gift boxes to be sent to our employees for Christmas. Colleague Box stated that we would be refunded for any boxes not required or provided.

We have spent six months chasing this refund and have yet to receive it. We have been given all manner of excuses as to why the refund has not been made. The company takes money from customers without providing the product.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Beware, placed an order last Autumn, having paid in advance the parcels never arrived, and no refund received.

My company ordered some boxes for employees and what a scam, staff received boxes with half of the items described missing, really cheap quality products, and massive delays in deliveries. They promised replacement boxes but still lots of boxes missing and not delivered, feels like a scam company. NOT USED

Received a gift box via my company for Christmas, delivered boxes were missing half of the advertised items and those that did arrive were all cheaper brands an those advertised. Very misleading images which did not in anyway fairly represent what actually arrived. Complaint emails have been ignored. Do not use this company if you actually care about your colleagues.

My company placed orders for 4 different types of boxes for us to choose from. The orders came a few days later and were very disappointing. The boxes on the website heavily overpromised the contents. Nobody received what they were expecting from the descriptions. There was no transparency and instead of reaching out to say stocks were running low, poor replacements were made. Promised alcoholic beverages were replaced by instant coffee or hot chocolate sachets or literally teabags- meaning if you ordered 2 alcoholic beverages you received e.g. 2 tea bags or 2 sachets of instant hot chocolate/coffee. The cost of boxes was approx. £40 per box and many barely contained £15 worth of products inside. Several had products with yellow label RRP and stuff that were not included in the description of the original boxes. Not only that, some products were nut based as well. Given the prevalence and how serious nut allergies are, products should be chosen with care. Overpromised and underdelivered.

I genuinely cannot fault this company! Adam and Natalie are two of the most genuine people I know and they really do go above and beyond to ensure a seamless process from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with them both on a huge project which saw us give away 1,000 treat boxes up and down the country. We even got to head out onto the road with their fabulous trailer, Tilly!

The quality of the boxes is incredible and can be catered to suit any occasion and any budget. All our questions were answered efficiently and their was a solution to all our needs.

I would highly recommend them if you are looking to put a smile on someone else's face.

I was gifted a Breakfast Box by a local networking group as part of International Women’s Day 2021. I have to eat a gluten free diet and I was really impressed with the high quality gluten free breakfast goodies in my box. There was a great variety of treats, including the most AMAZING coffee bags! Fresh, home brewed coffee with none of the hassle. All of the packaging used by Colleague Box was completely plastic free, making it really easy to re-use or recycle. I was so impressed that I ordered a Mother’s Day Box for my mum, which was dispatched and received in record time. Thank you Colleague Box, this won’t be the last time I use your fab services to bring a little cheer to others 🙂

I recently ordered a Hot Chocolate Box with Colleague Box. We were ordering something for a colleague going through a really tough time and wanted to cheer them up. We knew they liked chocolate and the box we chose was perfect. We had some extra money to spend, so additional products were added up to that value. The whole process was so easy and the team were so helpful. The box arrived with our colleague and it had the desired effect. They were so happy with what they received. Will certainly recommend to others.

Received a Colleague box today from my employer. It was such a nice surprise, beautifully packaged and filled with lovely treats. This is a fab idea!! 😀

Ordered 12 boxes for our nurse team who were attending our annual team meeting remotely this year.

Feedback was brilliant, the team loved them and were impressed with the quality.

Customer service couldn't have been better, super fast responses and very helpful every step of the purchase.

This was such a lovely surprise halfway through the COVID-19 pandemic. The packaging was great and I thoroughly enjoyed the dib-dab that I haven't had since I was about 10!

Working from home, you tend to feel a little lost at times. Then one Friday morning got a box delivered through my door. On opening found a lovely message from the boss and some great little goodies that really made me smile and feel appreciated! What a fantastic little thing, that means so much - Thank You

Such a wonderful box to receive in the post and a great way for colleagues to feel appreciated in these strange times! Quality products and packaging, lovely personalised message included too which was the icing on the cake!

I used colleague box to send some goodies to my team both working from home and on Furlough. One of them even said it brought a tear to their eye. Easy to order in bulk and select different boxes depending on the wants of each team members and a swift service - delivered within 2 days of ordering. Why not put a smile of your teams face.
