Perfect shoes

I received the shoes. I ordered my usual size the day I ordered them, but I wasn't sure, so I emailed the company the next day to confirm the best size for my 23-centimeter foot. They responded almost immediately, recommended going up a size, and automatically rescheduled the order without any hassle. And 12 days later, I received my perfect shoes, exactly as pictured on the website. I walked in them all day without getting tired, for the first time, I didn't develop a single blister, and my feet and back don't hurt at all. Ultimately, the shoes are in excellent condition after wearing them. I read the reviews here and was horrified. If I had read them earlier, I probably wouldn't have decided to order... and never would have found the perfect shoes. Everyone has their own experience, and I'm glad mine was exceptionally positive. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again.

Very poor communication

Very poor communication. They do not react and understand the problem. I received the wrong item, which I have to send back at my own costs. The other one, which I have ordered, is of poor quality. Sent both back at my own costs and just hope to get a refund, as there is no response from the customer service.

Shoes went on sale prior delivery date but sale price not honored

Ordered a pair of loafers and they were shipped and received within a decent time. However, when they arrived today, I happened to click on the 'view invoice' link 24 minutes after opening the box only to find that the shoes were on sale for much less. When I reached out to see if I could get the discounted price, the response was "Hi, take this opportunity to buy another pair." I won't comment here on the quality of the shoes, because at this point that doesn't matter and their customer service could use some improvement. I am providing my experience and review everywhere I can as a warning for others and wish I had seen some of these reviews prior to ordering.

First order went smooth and very good

First order went smooth and very good. Not only the selected item was in excellent condition but even communication went outstanding with the company. So I placed another purchase but I contacted the seller once again as to instruct them to dispatch the item just after a specific date for different reasons. I received a prompt response and was happy we could arrange it this way as I was and still am absent so nobody to sign for the package. I have contacted the seller about it as I am seeing live update from the courier on my phone. As to which the seller answers only they have followed instructions even though I have asked specifically to dispatch only week 19, they have done so a week early. It feels odd and sounds like the person replies is somebody else then first. However my trust in the company has been compromised which means there will not be any more orders on my end. Minor issue one would think, prior to my first order when everything went smooth in communication I have asked them when possible to pick DHL instead of GLS for the shipping company please pick DHL as GLS has the tendency not to deliver parcel, and like it or not in 2022 my white registration number plate was claimed to have been delivered yet I still don’t have one, had to make a written statement at the police station to have evidence it was stolen. GLS is still looking into it. So this second time when CLIZIA claims to have done everything according to agreement during this second purchase, which was just a week apart from the last I receive the notification from which company you’d think? Indeed GLS. So that’s a 120 bucks out the window. How can something so good turn into trash?

As I don’t know at this moment from which Google account I am logged automatically in by Trustpilot for which my apologies I would like Clizia to know my disappointment so I am toggling the option ‘let the company know about my review’ after al its only fair if they hear it too. I have just like anyone else several accounts for several reasons, none of it is trolling and forbid anyone to have an agenda as the online world is a strange one. It’s just that my devices are used in different times and can’t keep up with them anymore I just trust the process when logging in, just like now, so I could leave a review as I did after my first purchase too. I was happy with customer service so I got vocal about. Same thing. I am just not happy about it. Still vocal about it. I still find it weird as I am a little shocked by what just happened, not just that shipment went out the door a week early. It could happen by mistake. But they just won’t recognise you now, and when providing them with previous communication the answer to that is ‘like I requested’. How can you say when clearly stating send it not sooner then week 19 in week 18 that it is 19.

The quality is not worth the price

The quality is not worth the price.
Moreover, they wanted to charge 20€ for changing the wrong number of the shoes, delivered to Rome. Being an Italian firm, deliveries and changes within the national territory should be free of charge!

Well-crafted

The shoes I've bought look very well-crafted. They have just arrived so it is difficult to say how long they are going to last but so far I am glad I have them. The size is exactly 39 that I wear. The leather is soft. The only thing I would recommend is to provide them with a soft innersole because the sole is very thin and therefore not comfortable enough.

its important to size up 2 sizes not 1

I'm not sure why so many people had bad customer service experiences I had nothing but a great experience I ordered a size 39 a 9 in US sizing it said to size up on the Ferninda which I did the shoes were still a tad to small so when I looked into the return amount from the US to Italy it was over 200.00 US dollars I emailed Nicola and said im sorry that is too much money I will have to just keep them,Clizia shoes sent me a replacement pair no charge in size 40! I had bought another pair the Ruth in the size 40 and they too are beautiful shoes! Nothing but 5star service for me! Thank You Nicola!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I paid over 250$ for a pair of shoes that the hill broke in 2 days but they will not accept it back or reimburse for the damaged product sold!
What a disappointment that such companies are allowed to operate !!!!

You won't get what you see in the photos.

You think you are buying Italian quality shoes. You are not. Deceiving advertising and don't even try to return them because it won't happen. I went through a nightmare trying to return these. Finally my credit card reimbursed me and that was not easy because this company is not in the United States. You have to go through a lot of trouble which I believe most people will just give up. It took almost 8 months for me to get my money back. I wrote many letters. A very Bad experience!

Horrible company horrible shoes

This company is absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes ($400) the shoes have horrible fit and look like nothing like the photos. I wanted to return them. They didn't answer email when I called the customer service number the guy pretented that he doesn't speak English... don't order!!

My second order

My first order, stiletto shoes, 40no. was too small. Since I wore them only once, I ordered sandals one number bigger and felt like a whole size bigger l, so I am not sure what is wrong with the sizing of these shoes.
However, I have decided to return sandals and ask for the refund. THEY REPLY TO 4/4 EMAILS and I got a REFUND 32 days post return. 👏 Overall I waisted 70€ for the shipping.

It' s a scam

Have to give one star in order to rate this company. Would give none. It's a scam. Ordered shoes two months ago which still haven't arrived. Trying to contact the company via its provided customer service email the mails could not be delivered because apparently the address does not exist.
Have to go via PayPal to get my money back.
Just don't!

Do not order here!!

Do not order here!!! The quality is horrible and they don’t ever respond to any emails or requests!!! It’s a complete rip off!!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Shoes look very cheap. Don't fit so apparently you can send them back at own expense. Avoid this company if you like customer care or decent service.
