I've been with this host for close to two years now. The hosting is good and stable, with good documentation. However, I get the idea that their customer service/support is completely overloaded and you do not get answers quickly. In fact, my domain was down for a month (I was also traveling, so was not as quick) and it turns out that they were working on it but hadn't let me know. They seem to generally be friendly and knowledgeable - once you get to talk to them.

So I just received an invoice that my service had been upgraded, something I did not order nor want as it would cost me several hundred kroner.
In the mail they wrote it was possible manually to downgrade, I mean, I did not order this, but still got it? Well ok.
I went into their site, used the else-wise good manual they created to remove this upgrade I did not order to find out that Chrome did not show what they wrote. I wrote the support and asked them to cancel my subscription completely, the answer; You first have to downgrade the package you did not order first.
Okay opened firefox and found the fields they spoke about. Extremely disappointed.

If I can recommend Citynetwork.se, No.
Did I have a good experience, No.
Will I be returning at a later time, No.
