They are getting 1 star because you can't give less. Like so many here, I ordered the ornament box in Dec 23. They said they would send tracking info. 45 days later I sent an email asking for the tracking info. Several days later I got it, but it was delivering my order to Puerto Rico. As I live in MD, this is not right
I was in communications with them for several weeks, then it was delivered to PR. They said the would send me another, with tracking info, within 15 to 35 days later. 60 plus days later I sent an email requesting my.money back. After a week with no response I contacted my credit card and filed a fraud complaint. Bottom line, find another reseller even if the price is higjer.

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY. 6 months - multiple e mails, told that order had been delivered…. But to another country and after 3 months wait! Couldn’t provide tracking… allegedly resent, but again “courier” too busy to provide tracking - now 6 months later have stopped responding to emails.

Waiting 6 months and no product. No response to my request for refund. This is the message I received when trying to trak my order: Error 1000

I ordered a telescopic handle ornament case from Chonkai on Dec 20, 2023. After 28 different email correspondences and waiting 118 days I still have no item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Same as the other people. Ordered in December 2023 and no product said it went to Colorado and they were rerouting. I have also been asking for a refund. Nothing. I should have known better, If it's too good to be true it usually is.

FIRST TIME THEY JUST SHOWED AWAING PICKUP AND THEN STARTED TELLING ME THEY WERE SHIPPED TO FLORIDA AND THEY WOULD HAVE CARRIER RETRIEVE AND RESHIP TO CORRECT ADDRESS THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO I GOTTA DID OUT MY BILLS AND SEE IF I CAN STILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE

Same as everyone else. Ordered the stupid ornament boxes on 12/27 and still no boxes and no refund. The tracking number they gave me went to Illinois. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had seen the ornament box on Facebook and due to being scammed before I checked out their website and everything appeared to legitimate. I was definitely wrong.

I placed my order on 12/30/2023 and it is now 03/31/2024 and still no product and no REFUND. They took my money immediately and sent me a tracking number. I received about 2 weeks later that my package had been delivered in Los Angeles!!!

I immediately reached out advising of this and was told they would resend. I stated no please refund my money. Since that time I have been trying to get my $40 back. The last email I received was March 30th and when I replied yet again my email bounced back.

The email address is no longer valid the website now states under construction. I have been told they would reship the item, they are a small company and don't do refunds, stated they have paid for shipping and doing deep discounts. I received the same answers over and over. I got to the point where I was rude and disrespectful which I know doesn't help.

I cussed them out, I told them I wasn't going away. With them being an Asian company I even tried using honor and ethics to get my money back. Nothing worked as the same canned responses were recycled.

I work hard for my money and supporting a fairly large family of 7 that $40 could have been used elsewhere. This experience has soured me from buying anything on line which is sad and there are many wonderful useful items yet now I won't because there is no honor or ethics left with buying on line.

Same experience as everyone. Ordered the ornament store I saw on videos. They sent a tracking number, that package delivered to Florida in in Texas. They resent it....2 months ago. I just keep getting told in a week it will deliver. I hope they enjoy my $60. But now I'm going to report my card number compromised so they can't charge it again. HUGE CHINESE SCAM!

I order 2 ornament storage containers and still have never received them!!

I placed an order for an ornament box in December. I have contacted the company on at least 4 different occasions, once they claimed it had been delivered to an address in another state, then the parcel went missing and they were resending - 3 months down the track and I havent received. They have offered a 'discount' even after I demanded a full refund. This company is not to be trusted and I wish that I had read some of these reviews previously. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!

I ordered 2 of these inn Dec 2023 and never received them but was charged for them right away. Do not do business with this company. They will cheat you out of your money.

It’s now mid April and have heard or seen anything.

In December 2023, I ordered three ornament boxes. I have never received the items. The seller continues to blame a backlog, logistic issues and their inability to be able to provide a tracking number. It's a total scam and do not order from this company. Instagram appears to house several of these scam companies. Be careful

I also ordered the Christmas ornament organizer in December of 2023 it is now Feb 18 and still nothing have heard nothing from this company but a tracking that leads to no where do not order anything from this company total fraud ,very disappointed

I wish i had read the reviews before ordering. I thought the company was in England but found out later it was China.
I ordered the ornament storage cart on December 26, 2023 it is now February 10, 2024. I have received nothing. I was sent tracking that misled. I was told logistics were being checked because my item was mailed to the wrong address and I've heard nothing more. This is an awful company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Beware! I ordered 12/21 and it’s now February. I’ve contacted them and told them to cancel my order. Didn’t realize it’s coming from China. They sent me a tracking number that shows delivered in another country. I’m sure the tracking wasn’t for my order. Total scam! Wish I had checked the reviews first.

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased Christmas ornament organizer on 24 Dec 2023 it’s now February 2024 still have not received it. Phone number is disconnected. Address states England however shipping comes from china. Very un responsive. Do not recommend its now march no one will answer any emails. I did not get the product. They suck and cheat you out of money.
