Pleasantly impressed.
I will say, I did have a negative experience with CG.
But, I did also have support reach out to me to compensate for the way things were handled and the fact it negatively impacted my experience.
I feel they did not have to do this so I must admit I am pleasantly surprised at the commitment to make the experience a far better experience overall.
I do still feel though the wait time message of 3 minutes is misleading due to how often that isnt the case, but I can't fault the support teams dedication to making amends and supporting their clients.

Over the past 2–3 years
Over the past 2–3 years, I’ve spent a little over €800 buying OSRS gold from Chicksgold and never used any other seller. In the last 30 days alone I spent about €200–€300 and was banned for real-world trading (RWT). I don’t talk in-game at all and used almost all of the gold for skilling, so the only plausible link is Chicksgold.
I reached out to them politely to understand what went wrong so I could avoid future issues and keep buying from them. They replied with a canned message, and when I followed up, they stopped responding. As a business owner, that comes across as short-term, profit-first behavior rather than the approach of a healthy company that values its customers.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I had planned not only to buy back the 3b, but also to purchase an additional 2b—and once my main was finished, to do the same for another account. Instead, I now have to look for a more reliable seller.

Do NOT buy from chicksgold
I purchased an account 7/14/2025 for roughly $805. The buying process was super smooth! As it should be, they want your money as does any business on the planet, and that's the only good part of the review. After buying the account I immediately changed the email, BAD IDEA. What they don't tell you, as well as hope you don't catch it in the terms of service is that IF you change the email you actually VOID YOUR WARRANTY. I played on the account for less than a week before it was "disabled" by Jagex and they claim they could tell I imported a character that is not my own. When bringing that to the attention of chicksgold support, I was given the runaround. They supposedly are in contact with the original owner (I don't hear anything for weeks at a time unless I spam them), they're supposedly waiting for Jagex responses, OO responses blah blah blah. So for 3 months I've been but on the backburner over $800 with absolutely nothing being done by chicksgold to keep my service, fix what was broken, or given any deals. I 100% recommend doing research and looking at other websites/services and I 100% recommend NOT using chicksgold. If I were able, I'd post screenshots of the timestamps between messages and how long it takes them to reply and/or get back to me, hands down the worst experience I've had buying anything osrs related.

Scam site, after 3 week process to sell my account, support is unresponsive, their website is very glitchy and some points just non functional. I cannot withdraw my funds now for a whole week, i'm asking the support to reset my withdraw password and i keep telling them their links are faulty but nobody listens. i asked for my account back but no response, email doesn't work, quick chat doesn't work, support doesn't work. Edit: After their reply to this review, I emailed them per their request. They tried to bribe me with 7 dollar site credit to undo the review. I'm sure that's probably why they're reviews look even half way decent, but a 7 dollar credit to their site which will likely result in a suspension again doesn't fix the issue and would only put other people at risk.
