Ordered product over a month ago, still waiting. Customer service informed me the product has entered the country from China. Effectively this is the same as buying from a Chinese webshop with a go-between driving up the prices and delivery time.

Treacherous webshop - did not send the product and not answering emails. Stay away. Unfortunately paid through iDeal and lost the money. How disappointing.

It has been almost 1 year now and I never received my order. They answer to all my emails but always keep lying and promissing refund. I really tried everything but so far nothing received. I guess that's it money lost... Hopefully other people read my post and avoid this webshop.

In stock info on the website is incorrect. Only after payment one is informed the delivery will not be the next day, but will last weeks. Request for cancelling is systematically ignored. Communication with customer service is terribly exhausting.
No service at all, ignoring fair requests, refusing to acknowledge their shortcoming and refusing to cooperate with a suggested solution. It seems to me a company without a scoop for building up a satisfied clientele, maybe even struggling to survive.

Had items listed as available in colours and sizes they did not actually have in stock. 6 e-mail conversation just to sort out a simple order. Wanted to cancel then, gave them benefit of the doubt since support seemed to at least try, shouldn't have.
Items dropshipped from China, delivered to wrong address. "Sort it out with delivery company"

Don't order by this company, they are frauds.
I wish that I had read the reviews before.
The lady who owns this company wants to become the entrepreneur of the year for young people. What a shame

Really bad customer service and poor quality products. Would agree with most reviews on here, they're probably scammers and this website should be shut down. DO NOT order something from here, you will waste your money!

I wish I would have read these reviews earlier. I am starting to get a bad feeling. Ordered weeks ago, some gifts for my nephew who is turning 11, so kind of important that it is delivered on time... I sent an email, and got an automatic reply that I would receive a reply within four working days, I did not reveive a reply so forwardedmy mesage again and got another automatic reply... I already get a bad feeling from this, no way to get into contact and my money is gone.

Can somebody please tell me where to report this site. They’re frauds!!!

We need to make this viral for more people not to become victim of there scams.

Seeing all the other reviews now as well... same story. Ordered begining of june. Still no delivery. They also blocked me now? Is this a scam?

Terrible

No Orderstatus on the website, no updates send by themselves, I had to ask them (after 2 weeks) when they will deliver and informed me I had to wait for another 2 weeks. I agreed to wait, and told them it would have been nice if they would have send a message by themselves to inform me about the delay.
Then they just cancelled my order...

Order in may, 1 small item delivered. Several reminders for the rest, not a single reaction.
Just discovered this site with all the negative reviews.
Why do offical Dutch services not close this fake business ?

Ordered my goods back in May (cca 40euros). Nothing so far. Placed my first email claim a month ago and told them i want my money back. Their reply was that i cannot cancel the order, as it has been already shipped and i need to wait 10-15 days to receive it. Placed my second email claim to ask for status (again in good faith), but only after i sent it, i started reading your reviews! This site has to be brought down, and they need to reimburse everyone who lost their money!

Very bad experience. Placed my order never recieved the items and now didn't get any response from the suport service.
They don't even diserve 1 star.

Ordered long time ago, they didnt react, didnt send tracking number, in whatsapp written that order is canceled, they didnt know why and now they are gone, super slecht service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had looked this up before I purchased from them. I never got what I ordered, it's a scam! Wanted to get a present for my friend on father's day, instead he got nothing as I counted on this arriving on time which it didn't because this company just stole the money.

Ordered 6 months ago. Paid 6 months ago. Received only wrong information from them. No tracking code, no delivery date is the real result.
Asked for pay back since the can not deliver. As well no action.

I ordered an item. They did not deliver in time. Then they delivered the item - it was used and defect. Afterwards the wanted me to send it back on my own amount. After complaining, they did not react any longer. Check Die Deal is the worst online shop I have ever ordered.
