I ordered a trial size CBD balm. I was never contacted afterwards and nothing came out of my account after initial payment

This is a subscription trap which means BUYER BEWARE.
Hard to see but in the terms and conditions you are entering into a subscription with this scam company.
So they take money out of your bank account on a month basis £85 a month. £135 in my case for they sent a tiny tin of coconut oil (not ordered)with my £6.99 post P&P order.
I now read terms and conditions much.more carefully and never use my debut card.
Had I tracked down the arrogant, common woman who spoke to me on the phone and had the chance of meeting her face to face, the £135 they stole would have been worth the meeting.
There is political action to make these subscription trip s illegal in the UK. Until then STAY AWAY from these scammers and their rude workers.
They have taken thousand off terminally ill and seriously people. People who do not check bank statements do not see the £85 taken each month.
I have read lots around this scam and spoke with legal people and once you tick they are legal.
However. I have read many reviews and people do not get monthly orders. So that is theft.
The good reviews are false and you will not get your money back. Email them and they are so unprofessional in their replies it is obvious they are low life scum.
They banned my emails, due to the rude way my brother's and I had shouted on the phone and sent nasty emails.I am an only child I have no brothers randomly I communicated with this rather dense woman, who I would so like to meet.
I got off light compared to many. Please do not make these scammers any richer. Do not be taken in by cheap first offer, for once you tick they will take the next full price subscription.
Even Trading Standards had a hard job spotting the 'subscrition' which is well hidden!
Go to a reputable company that does have morals and does not trick people who are terminally ill or buy be word of mouth, so you know it is a professional company and not a scam to take your money.
These people are morally bankrupt, evil beings.
I did not use their phoney products they simply do not work and the coconut oil they took £50 for is just £2.49 for a large jar in Aldis. I showed that tin to a pharmacist and the ingredients were nothing but coconut oil.
I was in severe pain and this scam flashed up on a page I was viewing on CBD oil. I thought it was safe and that was the first and last time I used a debit card online. i only usually pay through Paypal, but this outfit of 'rip-ofdf merchants' would not be allowed on Paypal. No credibility!
Be safe and find a reputable company and even then still read the terms and conditions very very closely. This Green Leaves is only one name these scammers use!

Pointless ticking for them to be notified about reviews, they are making lots of money and care not about any reviews except the phony ones they post, they will never read this and so hope it is not long until these subscription traps are made illegal in the UK! BUYER BEWARE.

SCAMMERS!!! people be aware because after the trial they charge you £85.00 pounds with out you realising i contacted them and i asked them i want my money back they hang up the phone because they said i am rude because I was shouting at the phone people never go on this site they ripped me off £345 pounds SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!

I have had a similar experience to many others. This awful company, which calls itself Septarian Ltd on the bottle label, is still carrying on with the dishonest scam. The product is marketed as Canzana CBD. Very confusing with all the different names. I noticed £85 being taken from my bank account yesterday and when I investigated this with the fraud team, I was told that it was a subscription and that having paid £4.75 postage in December, further amounts would be taken unless I cancelled the subscription. The bank put a block on any payments leaving my account and within minutes I had called the number for the company customer services and cancelled my subscription. I was told about the 14 day trial period - which I was not aware of when I ordered the product - and when I challenged the fact that a 10ml bottle was costing £85, which I considered to be daylight robbery, I was offered a 10% discount!!! When I continued to say I wanted to cancel, the discount offered went up to 20%! The operative must have thought I was a mug!
My bank told me that as it was not an issue they could dispute but I feel very strongly that it is most certainly fraudulent activity on the part of this company. I will contact the bank again and use the many complaints and experiences here as ammunition. I may even notify the police unless a refund of £85 miraculously appears in my account!
It seems that there are many companies selling this product, all of which are scams. Banks must be aware of what is going on, just by the volume of messages I have read here!

These people are a disgrace to humanity offering products alleged to help with stress related sleep disorders etc. and in fact ripping off people for substantial sums of money
The actual company appears to be 'Septarian' and they are clearly aware that their practices are at best dubious since they fairly quickly agreed to refund me some of what they have taken. I will contacting trade standards and doing everything I can to recoup the rest and to get them closed down or at least forced to trade in an acceptable manner.

Scam beware. I never received the goods. Plus I was charged over £160 for it. Stay away.

Massive con used dragons den to reel me in. Checked bank today and there got 167.00 pending., cancelling at moment. Pure scam how can people be so cruel especially at this time of year had to give 1 star or wouldn't let me leave a review but I would rate them as nothing

The same story as the rest of the people on here got scammed 3.25 then 4.75 and 82 pounds. I am going to contact my bank today to put a stop on them taking any more

Shows up as MAX360 03303801569; they will keep taking your money and sending 'free', possibly illegal and unhelpful items until you phone your bank. *****UPDATE 29/12 even though cancelled with bank they took payment again. Changed the name slightly but always contains MAX & is always £85 + £82.

Zero stars. This COMPANY ARE CRIMINALS. FRAUDSTERS. THE BANKS, TRADING STANDARDS AND THE FRAUD SQUAD NEED TO STEP IN. Just happened to me £85.00 taken but thankfully my bank have put a stop to it and any future attempts. Ridiculous people. Do not buy from these people they are criminals

I have been scammed as well. Paid £4.95 plus postage for a sample now £82 deducted from my card? For what? This company is a vicious scammer who are making millions from innocent people. Why do the banks allow it. Every review website and telephone tracing website tell the same story. Scammers, dishonest scum.

This company are scammers also using trade name Canzana in the UK. I ordered a free sample on which I was to pay postage, two or three weeks later I find two sums of £85 and £82 pounds taken from my account plus two lots of £4 postage. I haven't used the oil or gummies as I can't even trust the product is legit now, (the gummies incidentally I didn't request but still was charged £82 for). I have been promised refunds repetitively this last 6 weeks but keep getting fobbed off by email and telephone (that's when somebody bothers to pick the phone up). Don't touch it, it's a con.

Ordered free trial was told only p+p would be charged but I then found some reviews .I phoned my bank straight away to cancel a direct debit which I hadn't set up .They are just robbing scum .Like the rest of people I wasnt told that full price would be charged unless I return the oil and gummies ,they make it up as they go along ,changing goal post so they can rob people.I only bought this because of the Dragon Den connection ,I thought it was genuine but no Total Scumbags
