I've had a great experience with this company on two occasions now. The kits (book nooks, huisjes and stolpen) are very high quality and I was happy with the communication. The delivery time was very fast and also the prices are cheaper than other websites. 10/10 highly recommended, I will definitely buy again from here.

Had the ancient capital under Moonlight besteld, en was bij controle niet compleet en in de geprinte knip bladen zaten vouwen en beschadigingen. Heb dat gemaild en ze hebben de beschadigde delen vervangen en de ontbrekende onderdelen opgestuurd.
Dit alles werd snel opgelost.

Miss delivery time + bad customer service
The package wasn't delivered on time so I missed my friend's birthday, and no customer service really so when I called to complain the guy was trying to explain how logical it is to miss a promised deadline.
I no longer need the product so I will just return it and hope the refund process go smoothly.
Also the same kits are cheaper on Amazon and Bol.com

As indicated by email and phone, orders are delivered the next working day in 95% of all cases. No promises are made cause 'promised next day delivery' isn't showed anywhere on our website. A guarantee of 100% next business day delivery is simply impossible for any webshop.
Due to busy times for us as carriers, it may happen that an order is delivered later. Your order had already been dispatched and we only received your message after this that you no longer needed the package.
We (I) spoke to you nicely, as we always do to our customers. You don't see ‘bad customer service’ in our reviews. I also explained delivery times and the return process. You have neatly received the return label from us and we look forward to your return. Once the return has been received and processed, we will nicely refund the costs to the account of origin. You will of course receive a confirmation of this by e-mail 😁.
There is competition in every industry. With us, however, you will often receive your order the very next day, and with glue, wax and/or paint (if needed), you can return it free of charge, pay afterwards and also supply spare parts free of charge if, for example, a part is missing or broken 😁
