Paid extra $$$ for express shipping, which says within 1-3 business days. The shipping label was created on the third business day which is the fifth calendar day. The package was picked up at the end of day. Ok, slowest express shipping ever. Email notice said the shipped item was the free item coming with the purchase of the main item. Not sure if the main item was shipped or not at this point.

The honeycomb wok doesn't work good as conventional non-stick coating wok. The worst part is it's more difficult to clean. Have to use brush to brush off the food stick in the crack of the honeycomb.

I have bought many times from Pacific Stores and they are great. This is my first time buying online and I was a little disappointed when I received the package. They said they would give me a small gift for Mother‘s Day. I only received the rice cooker and no gift. I will not buy online again.

I bought a 28cm stainless steel honeycomb pan, and it arrived today. I tried frying a scallion pancake—heated the pan, heated the oil, and put it in, but it still stuck like crazy. I can’t accept this kind of quality.
