I got cheated, but “ámple~edges” came through and got my $20k returned.

They Kept requesting payment to unlock withdrawals, till “verdictclaim”, fixed it.

I’d like to start from the beginning — where it all began.
What is BTCEX? BTCEX was, and still is, a global cryptocurrency exchange designed for active crypto enthusiasts and real-time traders. The platform initially caught my attention due to its wide selection of listed tokens, a sleek and intuitive user interface, mobile apps for both Android and iOS, low fixed trading fees, and a rewarding referral program. What truly stood out, though, were its advanced trading tools — live order books, multiple order types including limit and stop orders, and in-depth charting features — all backed by strong security infrastructure. Everything was going smoothly for a long time. I believed in the platform so much that I introduced three close people to it: two of my best friends and my sister. They joined, used the platform, and genuinely appreciated the experience. BTCEX, at that time, felt like one of the most trustworthy crypto exchanges out there. Then came 2019 — the year things took a drastic turn. I remember getting calls from my friends and sister, asking me if I had noticed any issues with withdrawals. I checked immediately, and yes — withdrawals weren’t working. That’s when we realized the platform was facing serious challenges. Eventually, CoinField went offline, and like many users, we were left in confusion and concern about our funds. Despite the setback, I didn’t give up. I kept researching, hoping to find clarity or some kind of resolution. That’s when I came across Trustpilot reviews that changed everything. Multiple users were mentioning that BTCEX had returned under a new domain: BTCEX.US.COM. Encouraged by what I read, I followed the instructions provided in the reviews — and to my great relief, I was able to successfully withdraw my funds. I immediately shared the good news with my friends and sister. By now, I’m confident that they’ve either completed their withdrawal or are in the process of doing so. My journey with BTCEX has been a rollercoaster — from excitement and trust, through uncertainty, and finally back to resolution. What I’ve learned is the importance of persistence, community feedback, and staying informed.

Great service. My profile got verified instantly. They responded immediately after the merged transaction was completed about whatever was missing after I provided them that, it got verified at that moment and I got back to my funds

Look on btcex.com for all of the angry customers to whom they owe money. They claim to have bank problems that prevent cash withdrawals but it is just a front for their scheme of "repaying" customers with BTC that they hand out at ridiculously inflated exchange rates. If I say this new company can do well I know will move there and the withdrawal is as fast as mine can read

why!! is withdrawal so difficult. after reactivating my account i have to wait for 24hours to be able to withdraw this is not professional at all this exchange can do better

Last year shortly before the sudden rise in bitcoin they took my entire balance of just over 6.1 BTC from my account. I did a trace and wasn't sure whether they had taken it or someone had hacked them, but at the time thought they were scammers so did nothing.
This morning I just received this email from them:-

Dear ??????
Your wallet on our website has been recovered with 6.1?????? BTC available balance and the data base has be transferred to btcex.us.com

We are currently running on private servers to help members withdraw funds for limited time.
In order to access our new server kindly merge or we kindly ask you to donate and support us!
This will help us re-invest in Cryptocurrency world again.
Sent by the support team and which I’m on the project and it seems to be working or going as expected GOOD FOR BTCEX

I've used btcex for years with great success.
But on 1/2/22 without my permission or knowledge the operators of the site zeroed out my account and effectively stole btc worth more than $100,000.
I've sent them several emails to no avail.
I do not believe I am the only one they've stolen from. They list best offers and sales within a 24hr period. That number for the last two days has been zero.
I don't have a clue where to even start with the recovery of my funds.I had hope to wait until the new news drop btcex.us.com which I seek refund there and they grant me the privilege

I have 2 btcex account only. I've been using it for a year now. I am satisfied. But what’s happened the last couple of years my the 2 accounts I have in there say error and I was not the only person and now again I’m not the only ones say the problem has been fixed by btcex.us.com which I look forward and see they constantly developed.
