I was supposed to receive my order within 2 days but I didn't get it as it ended up in chorley. When it had got delivered to me it came in a see through royal mail bag and the box which you could clearly tell the box has been damaged and the wrong item inside of it. I got sent silicone instead. When I messaged them they haven't even got back to me.
This sucks! I have 3c hair and this made it 1b don't buy it!!
Horrible company. Emailed about a refund about 20 times and never heard anything back. Joke
If I could give 0 stars I would, after seeing this on YouTube I decided to give it a try , in placed a rather large order to have some for a while and signed up for subscription service, after months no order has arrived and no response to my many emails , absolutely terrible for a so called viral hair product and all the advertising.. treat people how u expect to be treated
ordered three weeks ago. they have made no contact nor updated me about my order. emailed customer service who have not responded yet either.
