Very happy to take your money, not so happy to send you the goods you have paid for or answer your emails...
Awful
Awful. What a useless company. Order on a next day delivery which never happened. A week on and I've sent them 3 emails with no response and no shoes either.

I ordered over a week ago,trainers have not been delivered, I have not received any dispatch confirmation, despite the website saying that contact by email will be responded to within 24 hours,this has not happened, I have emailed them for last 2 days with no response, there is no phone number to contact,so I have no idea what is going on with my order. Payment was taken immediately, so they are quick on some aspects.

Returned shoes and tracked as received by b.soleful via Royal Mail on 17 February, five days later no email acknowledging receipt or my refund if £144. Very disappointing customer service.
Received worn shoes
Received shoes that had been worn / badly scuffed / Sticky residue on leather and insole peeling off. Order returned awaiting FULL refund of order and delivery charges to send back.
Scam company?
I ordered an item months ago and have not received it. Have reached out to the company twice and have not received a response.
Shocking customer service.
I ordered a size 5 pair of boots for my wife. I got sent a size 6 pair of boots and the colour was nothing like the website. I tried to contact you via the email provided. No reply after several days. We then tried to contact you via Instagram no reply after a couple of weeks. Sent boots back - not heard any more from you.

Poor customer service
I placed an order and waited after a couple of weeks I had to contact them to chase my order and they just said it was the last pair which was damaged but no one had bothered to contact me. They advised new stock would be due in 2 weeks but after a month still nothing. The only way to contact them is via email and I’ve sent 2 with no response to either, which is extremely bad customer service as they say they will respond in 24 hours. They have taken my money but no goods and no communication whatsoever from their end. I am beginning to wonder what is going on or if they are just very poor when things go wrong. I was recommended this company but am now regretting my order. Update they have finally contacted me to say the good are on the way and are looking at why they have not communicated the delay so felt it important to update this review
Next day delivery did not arrive
Next day delivery did not arrive, no delivery attempted despite carrier communication. Contacted BSoleful who were helpful but I think extra delivery charge should have been refunded. Trainers fine!

I needed to return the item there was no return form in the parcel, so I emailed for the form, but there was no response so I had to try and print the order.so much for easy returns. If you provide a return form make sure it goes into every order.

Unfortunately the boots were not suitable but will say lovely leather. The process of returning was fine I received a full refund. Excellent communication with b.soleful. X
