Non-existent customer service
My company filled out an application and waited 1 week before they appeared to take any notice. They then requested a zoom call to figure out more about our operations. Another week passed-- no answers. Only when we reached out again did they ask an additional banal question. Another week passed-- no communication. 3 weeks lost, and now we are getting no replies at all. I asked for a refund due to the poor service, which was granted with 0 reply or communication.
I still don't understand why we were treated this way.

I purchased a proxy service from Bright Data, but the service quality was far below expectations. The product did not deliver the features or performance described on your website:
Most of the provided proxy IPs did not work or failed to connect.
Many target websites could not be accessed.
Overall performance and connection stability were very poor.
Because of these issues, I was unable to use the service properly. I opened a support ticket requesting a refund, but it has been redirected to another department without any further response for quite some time.
Since the service was not usable, I am requesting a full refund of my payment. If no resolution is provided, I will have to escalate this matter to my payment provider and relevant consumer protection authorities.
Please process my refund as soon as possible.

Customer service was great but the collection of clean ip not so great, I had to connect 3/4 times to get reliable ip's, you guys should omit those blacklisted ip's.
Exclude Filter Issues Lead to Paying for More Data Than You Need
I purchased data but found that the exclude filters did not work as expected, and several critical fields were missing. The exclude functionality is essential to narrowing down results and avoiding overpayment.
I provided detailed documentation of the issue, and Vanya (Ivan) Gusev (Husiev) confirmed a resolution estimate of Friday, September 26, 2025 (case #541815). However, as of now, the issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.
I would appreciate an update on the fix timeline or guidance on a suitable workaround in the meantime

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this service. The support team is generally reactive, though at times a bit inconsistent. The main area that really needs improvement is communication. Too often, I’ve faced issues due to outages on their network, yet there were no timely updates on the status page. Clear and proactive communication during such incidents would make a huge difference. I strongly encourage the team to prioritize this moving forward.
