They’ll put off your order for as long as they can and than send it to the wrong address. You’ll never see your stick aon nd have a hell of a time getting your money back.

Purchased the hickory cane. It exceeded expectations. Wood quality, craftsmanship, packaging & shipping were top notch. An especially nice touch was an enclosed card with the name of the person who hand crafted the cane. I’m sure to let anyone who asks know where this cane came from.

I ordered a cane on Monday, needing it by Friday, therefore i paid the extra shipping fee . Then was informed that “the label” was created on Thursday. No way i would receive this item when needed. I asked for a phone number to contact, no reply!

Horrible customer service! I have reached out numerous times in every way possible and can not get a straight answer from anyone! I placed my order a month ago. Received an email my order was shipped with no tracking number and never received my order!

These are beautiful walking sticks. I bought one for me and one for my husband for our 20 wedding anniversary. Mine is sassafras...husband red oak. If there is a problem they respond and make it good. We looked at other walking sticks in stores and gift shops. Usually they range for $40 to $95. BUT Brazos Walking Sticks are more beautiful, sturdy and a Work of Art . Truly well worth the money.

I ask about a discount on my last order as I have been a loyal supporter. I got a reply saying the my request had been referred for review. That was almost 3 wks ago. No response. You have no customer loyalty appreciation.
